Hi Robin - hope you’re well! :)

WeDonate is new and built by blood donors for blood donors. We’re a very small team doing our best to negotiate meaningful perks as a thank‑you to people who donate. The platform is completely free for members — charging a subscription would help us grow faster, but it goes against our ethos.

We’re adding new brands all the time, and we have several larger partners, including supermarkets, joining this month. Our goal is to keep improving the experience and bring donors the recognition they deserve.

Thank you for sharing this, and I’m really sorry you had trouble using one of the offers.

Some partner sites don’t always track correctly, especially with online checkouts, and we know how frustrating that can be. We’re working hard to make everything much more reliable and easier to use.

We’re actually releasing a big update this month that brings in supermarket discounts and a much quicker, more user‑friendly journey for all offers. It should make the whole experience far smoother.
