I can’t thank Verity enough for everything she did for me and my wedding dress. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel truly special and completely at ease. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering thoughtful advice while always respecting my vision.
Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free.
I’m so happy with the result, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to trust with something so important. Thank you, Verity, for making the whole experience unforgettable!

The shop is very spacious and the staff are very friendly. They stock a good range of dresses and spend a lot of time with you to understand your bridal vision, any preferences and any concerns.
The changing room is large with about 6 individual changing rooms.
The staff are proactive in gathering your feedback to shortlist the best dress choices.
I really enjoyed my experience until the end, when it stepped up a gear and started to feel like a bit of pressure selling with lots of add ons - in particular, lots of boxes and bags that added £20-£30ish each per item. This racks the cost up pretty quickly.
Such a shame because it really impacted my overall experience negatively.

What a lovely experience. We visited the Bournemouth branch where the lovely Brodie was excellent, she gave me some lovely dress options as I’d tried 2 other favourites on in the different branch which they didn’t have in store. I found and said “Yes to the dress” today. Thanks you.

As soon as we arrived i felt the warmth and comfort, Amber was absolutely wonderful and had a very positive presence about her, she knew exactly what I wanted and the first dress she pulled i brought, after trying on more just to make sure it was the one, almost wish I hadn't of brought it just so I can go back and have that experience again, thankyou

I like the fact that you can just walk in off the start and come out with your dress. the welcome was lovely. How ever, the young lady that was assisting me really didnt listen to what I had said to her and also I showed her the dresses I would like to try. the first dress wasn't anything like what I had shown her. I asked that she got me one of the dresses I showed her and was left in the changing room for about 20 minutes half naked waiting for her. there isnt even a chair in the room that i could sit on. in the end my sister went and got me the dress I asked for. it was the dress that I brought in the end. I was disappointed with her service, had she listened it wouldnt have been so stressfull. she got a belt for the dress and I said I didnt want it , she said that I should think about it and still took it to the till. I had to ask that it be taken off of my bill.

I went to Wed2be in Bournemouth on my own at opening time. I was greeted by the manager Hannah and she was happy to help me.
The moment we got talking put me at ease and I felt like she was very interested in what my dream dress is from the littlest details
She picked out my first dress and I loved it. It was like she knew it was the one for me
She then handed me over to her talented staff and the lady who took over was very friendly and helpful and got me to try on two other dresses. I wasn't sure between my first and last dress and she was happy for me to try on the first one again. I knew then it was the dress for me and all the extras

From the moment I walked into the Bournemouth store I felt like they really were genuinely excited for me.
The assistant Brodie was incredible in understanding me and the whole experience was amazing. She was so good I walked out with the first dress I tried on. Well done to everyone we met yesterday- the whole team were truly amazing . An incredible experience that will stay with me for ever.

Great service from Brodie who helped me for two hours to find the perfect dress and accessories. Made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable about all the dresses, styles and fabrics which helped to make a well informed decision on the best dress for my wedding.

Met Hannah amazing felt so comfortable. She was so helpful and kind. Brought my dress and my bridesmaid dress. Brilliant experience 5* from us. Thank you. Will be sending photos to her in June when it’s our big day. ❤️

The whole experience was amazing and stress free from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed and had a consultation with no prior booking. Verity was amazing! She picked out the perfect dress for me that was gorgeous - one that I would never have picked myself. She couldn't have been more helpful, she is brilliant! I can't believe I found a dress on my first try on experience. I thoroughly recommend these lovely women and their warming store.

Web2 was first place in tried for my wedding dresses and I wasn't disappointed. They made the whole experience amazing from start to finish and listened to what I was looking for and worked from there. Was so thrilled to walk away with my dress.

Brodie was an amazing sales consultant, she listened to everything I said, my likes and dislikes and was extremely patient. She made me feel completely at ease and dressed me with respect, I didn’t feel self conscious at all, it was like being looked after a friend. I wasn’t expecting to walk out with my dress today, but she made me feel so special and added the most perfect accessories that I couldn’t help but say yes to the dress. She is an absolute gem, thank you for making me feel so special!
