Got a same day appointment
Got a same day appointment, representative Gio did a great job explaining the process and then efficiently went through the steps to inspect and access the value and make and offer to purchase the car. Based on the condition and age of the car. I though the offer was fair and agreed. Gio then quickly processed the paper cut me check and even provided me with a coupon number for a ride share service so i could get home

Easy to work with

The customer service experience that Gio Colon‘ provided was wonderful. I had some glitches due to a family member’s illness, however Gio was in constant follow up mode and continued to keep in touch with me.
When we ready to sell our vehicle, Gio explained the entire process and was very efficient with our time. He is very engaging and has a very nice, friendly demeanor.
