Giovanni, the manager at our location, was friendly and very efficient in explaining the process, assessing our vehicle, arriving at a price we could agree to, documenting the sale and giving us a check. Super easy and friendly
Gio was fantastic when I took my car in for an evaluation. He was super friendly and showed me each tool he was using and what he was testing for. Once the evaluation was done he sat me down and showed me exactly how my price was calculated and then we worked from there. Overall great experience!
