11:15 am - received call from Greg at Cornelius location to confirm. Moved appointment up by 15 minutes.
11:35 - arrived at office
12:50 pm - check was deposited at bank

My agent Greg was quick and responsive very professional and worked to get me the highest value of my car and also followed up when I wasn’t sure and wanted to shop around and the location was very convenient as well.
