From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable by offering us water and taking the time to thoroughly explain everything we needed to know.
He carefully walked us through what we were doing, explained the best options available, and worked very hard to make sure we received a good deal. Even while managing several phone calls, he remained attentive and focused on us.
Even though it was closing time, he stayed with us instead of asking us to come back the next day. We apologized because we know everyone has responsibilities and work obligations, but he was never rude or dismissive. He was very understanding that we truly could not return another day.
