Titus was great to work with. He was very personable and friendly. The only downfall is they did not come close to the "possible" number they give you when doing a quote, however, we still found it worth it.

It's not a scam
So i made several appointments to places to buy my car because dealing with the general public sucks. People just want to drive your car or try to scam you. Just can't trust people like you used to. Anyway we buy any car immediately gave me an offer that was higher than the other ones so I went there first. I pull in where my GPS took me and immediately thought "scam". Titus greeted me at the door and was very nice the entire time. He was the only one there and no cars were on the lot. Made me nervous the entire time but he kept reassuring me it was all legit. He gave me a check and sent one to the bank I financed through. Today everything cleared. I could have gotten more from a private sale but this was so much easier. I only dealt with him and he took care of it all. Like I said before...it's an easy process. It's real even though it looks shady. And the belleville Illinois place is small but it's good.

Your representative at the Bellville location was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kept me informed about
pros and cons of my vehicle. The only downfall with the whole experience is that your online quote was 35% more than your company actually gave me. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have made the trip to your location. So your employee was a 4 star but overall the sale was a 1 star

Condition plays an important role in a vehicle’s resale value. Like any reputable car buyer, we conduct a physical inspection before determining a final offer for your vehicle. Since we always operate transparently, you should have been invited to join our branch manager during this inspection process. This is a crucial part of the buying process, and our leadership team is eager to ensure our process was followed.
During our inspection, we did notice a few things that were not previously disclosed in your initial online valuation. First, we noticed severe driveline noise during the test drive portion of the inspection. We also noted that the check engine light, and Airbag/SRS light was activated on the drive side. We also employ the use of an OBII reader. This helps us connect directly to your engine and run a diagnostics test on your overall engine health. Our OBDII test on your engine returned two codes.
P0101- Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P0420- Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold
Unfortunately, the dashboard lights, engine noise and codes negatively impacted the final value of your vehicle.
