Great support, and great price

Great support, and great price. Anytime my website had issues or downtime, they have notified me. When I needed support, live chat had me connected with a representative within minutes. No annoying chat bots to deal with. The people on the help desk are knowledgeable and are very helpful.
Their servers might not be the fastest, but for the price it's a great deal for a personal project or portfolio.

Works flawless

After several years, I am very satisfied and have had no problems. Good response rates and green energy in its European servers.

The website and the client menu is intuitive and with all the necessary options. Customer service responds quickly.

The prices are competitive.

I work in a company that creates…

I work in a company that creates websites and web applications. So price and service are two things to consider very well. Being able to offer your customers something valid at low prices is a very good thing ...and with WebFostFace this is possible.
I tell you that I have moved all my hosting ... do you want to know why?
The support service is really great ...they always respond via live chat and, to date, have always resolved my requests.
So, I guess, there is nothing more to say ... Thanks webHostFace!

They do the little things right

There are a ton of companies out there doing what Webhostface is doing, but I have been impressed with their service. I have not had any outages or downtime, and when I mess up or need help their team is always there.

Yes, they have crazy initial deals and after the first year, the price goes up. But if you really like a service and they are providing a good value, paying closer to full price should not be an issue.

I am happy and won't change to another service just because they are cheaper initially. Thanks team Webhostface for the service. It is appreciated.

Will forcefully renew faulty products and deny a refund

Webhostface forcefully renewed a product for 2 years that I did not even intent to continue with. When I asked for a refund, they denied. I'll never be cheated by them again. Very cheap company. Faulty product. Shared my experience. If anyone want to try it, they can at their own risk.

CONSTANTLY ONE OF THE BEST FOR YEARS

I’ve been with WebHostFace’s shared hosting since 2014 (I have all the invoices to show it), and I can’t but applaude them for their nearly flawless service: I’ve never had a single major problem on their hosting, only a (literal) couple of glitches that were all solved within hours from opening the ticket..or even directly on their live chat; their support has always gone above and beyond to address any issue or question I had or even just to meet my needs - based on my personal experience, they have the absolute best support I’ve ever seen....but the overall service has been (and is still being) one of the best hosting experiences ever for me.
They may be a bit costlier than other shared services, but they’re definitely more than worthy every penny you spend.

WebHostFace is a cheating hosting fake company. The service is doing tricks and cheat money. They tell liar which is not true from other hosting service that I have used before.

Bad VPS Hosting Experience

I've been using their VPS service for a heavy trafficked website I own for about 8 months. During these 8 months my website went down over 6 - 7 times !! Almost, once every month !!

And when a website is down, they don't send you an email or something. You need to understand it for your self. So, if you don't visit your website for one day, the website will be down for the whole day.

You do understand how a webmaster feels when one of his projects is down. Right?

Although they have a 24/7 live chat, their customer support is not good. Their representatives do not have the necessary skills to help you solve problems on the spot. They have to open a support ticket to their technical team. Sometimes it can take up to 1 hour until they fix the problem.

Anyway, I am not happy at all with this hosting provider and I am moving my websites to another hosting company.

I checked your VPS and from what I can see you host three quite dynamic and heave websites with regularly updated data. Moreover, your websites are heavily visited with multiple monthly hits. For example, just for the last month of January, you have had:

This means that just for one month you have had 185,696 unique visitors and over 1,026,231 hits! This, together with the scripts on your websites require a huge amount of server resources, more than the plan you are currently on could offer.

Of course, we are extremely happy that your websites are popular and you have developed a profitable business, however, the growth in hits requires a different solution that will respond to your needs! I will strongly advise that you consult with the people who manage your sites so that they can tell you the exact server resource your websites will need to perform smoothly. Moreover, I would also advise that you consider optimizing your websites, as per Google PageSpeed Insights, their performance is quite low.

In regards to your comment about our customer support. Let me confirm that the people who serve you 24/7 on live char are first lever customer service. They have been trained to help with common technical questions, which require immediate assistance. The second lever support available over ticket have the necessary skills and root access to your VPS, as well as to the overall hypervisor to investigate and help with more in-depth solutions. Each hosting company has a division of personnel which aims to speed up and the process of receiving customer care and support, but also to be of maximum efficiency when resolving clients' requests.

Finally, I regret to see that you have decided to move your services to anther provider. Still, in case you wish to reach us for further advise on what plan is best for your needs and what optimizations can be done on your websites, we are available anytime!

Frequently downtime occuring, each downtime takes between 7-10 minutes.

I have submitted several tickets. they answer tickets but problem not solved yet.

Great hosting service

Great hosting service. I have been working with web development for 14 years now and I have used many hosting companies, nut Webhostface.com is the best till now. Now I am not thinking anymore for hosting solution when I have a project because I know where I will host it.
