I have to say that the service provided by WebHostUk is really second to none. There was a difficult problem concerning both my websites and email addresses which had to be resolved urgently. The technical experts managed to resolve this. Their instructions and messages were very clear and it was very much a team effort. I can fully recommend this company's services. Really first class

In the process of moving my domains and setting up hosting with UK Web Hosting, I've had a few chats with tech support at this point. They are always very friendly and helpful and the times where I have been clueless about the tech jargon and what I was supposed to do, the support staff have taken the lead and have assisted me in a way that would get me to the finish line. The only thing I find a bit confusing is that the names in the chat keep changing during a conversation, so I am never quite sure who I'm talking to, but that's no big deal.

I transfered another domain to these guys. All done and dusted within a couple of hours. Whole process made very easy. Am delighted with their servce

Just Excellent customer service!!! Have moved two domains to these guys from previous provider. All I can say is that so far UK Web Hosting service has been outstanding. I can totally recomend them. Free HTTPS is an additional great reason to use this company!

Vincent rapidly resolved a couple of tricky issues with my web site, one of which was the dreaded 500 error. Can't praise these guys enough for their expertise.

Webhost are a fantastic service. I have a part time business and I run my own wordpress website. If I have any issues they always fix it for me right away via the live chat. great help for a complete novice fantastic support system

I have been with WebHostUK for over 5 years now. Initially I had done extensive research on the best web hosting company and found only a handful which had great customer service.

when comparing the top companies, WebhostUK was by far the cheapest with the best customer service (which is available 24/7 via instant chat).

There's no issue which the team is not happy to help with. I can't count the number of times I had some website issues or configuration issues which was completely my responsibility and not the hosting provider, nevertheless the customer support team always go above and beyond and help me with my person tech issues.

I've been so impressed by the level of support and care I receive that I have no referred around 6/7 to this company who are also very happy with the service and price.

I have to give a special thanks to George Shaw who has been with the company the longest. The entire team is knowledgable and helpful but George has been there since I joined and remembers me personally which is very nice when dealing with issues.

Again, very happy with the speedy service and the level of care.

At first things ran smoothly, however I started getting problems. People hacking my email accounts, poor service, sometimes things were rectified, sometimes not. The only chat you get is online, no phone, nothing else. Also, all you ever speak to is a name called George Shaw, who writes in different styles (different people pretending to be George) Also by the way they write, definitely not UK people.

Ultimately I gave up speaking to them, now I am having trouble transferring a domain away from them, have to go through Nominet to sort it out. Webhostuk are still not contacting me.

Stay away, it will save you major hassles, losing domains, delayed responses (unless you pay of course). If you need long term reliable support, it won't be found here. I have used their services over 3 years. Now moved on.

I am very happy with the outstanding support I get from webhostuk.
The last issue took a bit longer to resolve but I am sure it was because of the complexity of the issue. Thank you.

Fanatstic customer service. Always get a quick response and they have always been able to help with issues I've had - even if not directly related to my hosting package. I'd definitely recommend them as hosts!
