I used this service and now I have no access to my website, email or any products I paid over $900 for. The phone numbers have all been disconnected and I can’t make contact with anyone. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
THIS COMPANY CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED!!! WARNING TO ALL!!!! THEY ARE THREATENING ME TO GOLD MY WEBSITE I OAYED FOR HOSTAGE AND WILL NOT PROVIDE MY PASSWORDS TO ME FROM MY WEBSITE!!! THE COMPANY HAS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. OOME OF THE EMPLOYEES TRIED TO EXTORT MONEY FROM ME ALSO!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY “NOT” RECOMMEND UTILIZING THEIR SERVICE OR ANY PART THERE OF! Stay far away from them! I TRUSTED THEM AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO HOLD MY BUSINESS HOSTAGE!!!! BE AWARE!!!!
I could not be more pleased. The service and follow-up I received was excellent.
Henry, my Project Mgr., made a multitude of suggestions that made my website better than I imagine. I got sick while my project was with Henry he checked on me which was really nice.
The turnaround on all changes was awesome. Within 24 hours changes were made and instituted.
If he could not do it, he made sure I was aware and the reason why.
After he completed the website, he offered to design my business cards so there would be continuity across the project. I would refer Henry to anyone wanting a website.
