I got what I needed
It's really great service for small emergencies without having to leave home. I didn't have to wait much either. This time I was in a hurry and paid the VIP price, they called in a couple minutes and my prescription was placed super fast.

4 1/2 stars is more appropriate. I choose the "Video" chat option which cost more because I thought it might make for a quicker response. I ended up getting a phone call.
The doctor was patient and friendly. And he refunded me the "video" upcharge. It took about an hour for the doctor to call - which was a little frustrating. However, the doctor was confident and seemed knowledgeable.
My only concern was that it wasn't obvious to me what would happen next. There was a link to join a video call, but nobody joined me there. If they can make the expectations more clear, than this can be a much better service.
All that said, I received a diagnosis and prescription for an ear infection; and my medical problem was solved within a few days.

Friendly and Quick Care
I had a throbbing toothache. The intake process online was easy and quick. The Dr called me within an hour, he was very friendly and helpful during the call. An hour later my prescription was ready for pickup at my local pharmacy. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Once I created my account I was able to get in touch with a doctor in an hour. I had my prescription an hour after that. The cost of service is low, the doctor I am partnered with is smart, and you get prescriptions at your pharmacy.
