The AEG Tumble Drier was a great price. I was contacted by Webbs Electrical within 24hrs of purchase, about arranging delivery. The dryer was purchased on Monday and delivered on Friday by SGK. Full tracking and estimated time of delivery was supplied on the day of delivery. Congratulations and I hope I can deal with you again in the future.

Good Prices
Ordered a built in Microwave as last one packed up.
Decent prices on website so placed an order.
Was informed it was out of stock by email but it was shown as in stock on website. A quick call and they confirmed a fresh batch was due in the next day.
Order went through and was sent to the courier. Didn't hear anything from the couriers but after a couple more calls it was chased up and we took delivery about 2 weeks after order was placed. Webbs were courteous and helpful as well as apologetic for the delay. Delivery day i received a phone call from the courier at 6.45am to say they'd be there about 7.45am which they were and living very rural is good.
Overall a decent experience and good prices. Would definitely use again.

Good coomunication
The company was easy to communicate with but unfortunately we were let down twice by the manufacturer's delivery courier. So we decided to cancel the order and it was no problem to obtain a full refund from the company along with apologies for something they had no control over.

Service was brilliant
We knew what we needed and Webbs had it. Staff explained its benefits. What really sold us was that its fitting (a dishwasher) could be done the next available day due to a cancellation. Brilliant. As were the 2 fitters.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Was in contact straight away with me to advise of delivery process and likely timescales. As there was a slightly extended lead time asked if I was still ok to proceed. Not only was the price the best on the web, but the service was the best and personally tailored. Was not a company I was aware of prior to ordering but will certainly use again. Very happy customer.

I bought a tumble dryer from Webbs and…
I bought a tumble dryer from Webbs and it was the best price I found it at, so I was happy with the price. I arranged a delivery date but someone at Webbs called me to politely rearrange it for a couple of days later as they had another delivery close by then. I was happy to compromise. Good service. I’m really pleased with my tumble dryer. Bosch is a top brand. It’s a new heat pump dryer so a bit more expensive but cheaper to run. I’m really pleased with my purchase.

Very easy to order and great communication with the team at Webbs electrical. I ordered a tumble dryer and the price was excellent. Took a little bit longer than expected to get the dryer but the communication was great all the way through.

All good, friendly approachable company. Great service. The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars is because there was a slight delay in receiving my product and I had to check on progress but I believe the delay was with the manufacturer and not Webbs Electrical.
