Great initial promise
I wanted to like 10Web because the AI website builder looked promising, but my experience has been frustrating.
The platform is not very user-friendly once you get beyond the initial AI-generated site. Making edits often requires consuming additional AI credits, and when the AI doesn't produce the result you want, you're forced to spend even more credits trying again. It feels like you're paying for the platform's inability to make accurate edits.
Customer support has also been disappointing. There doesn't appear to be a way to speak directly with someone who can resolve issues. Instead, you're routed through overseas support that relies on back-and-forth email conversations, making even simple problems take much longer to resolve.
The AI generated a decent starting point, but refining the website into a professional product has been far more difficult and expensive than expected. If you're considering 10Web, be prepared for a learning curve, additional credit purchases, and limited access to real-time support.
