I didn't enjoy the flavour of these soups. I found them quite bland but very heavy on the spices. I appreciate many people do enjoy them and that they include healthy natural ingredients but they just not for me. I received a refund so was good to not be out of pocket.

The soups are terrible… they are either bland or overly spiced. A faff to make up with half water then stir .. lumpy … then rest of water … now a sloppy watery mess.
Definitely not worth the money

These soups are fantastic. Do try them. They taste like a home made soup delicious soup. They have replaced all other brands for me. It’s so good to have something that ISN’T full of nasties. Great flavour choice too.

I was bowled over by these and they taste great. The Beetroot and Coconut is wicked 👍💚

100% delectable vegetable flavours without metallic chemical aftertaste or too much salt. Very easy to prepare. Nice sustainable packaging.

Saw an advert on Instagram and ordered a variety pack as often reach for a packet soup when working from home. I received my order a few days ago and the soups are fab! I’ve only tried 3 of them but all taste great, are lovely and thick, and definitely don’t feel like packet soups! Will definitely re-order.

As a regular maker of my own homemade soup, I can highly recommend Soul Kitchen soups. They are a quality, perfectly balanced and tasty product. So useful if you want something quick, nutritious and tasty but have run out of time. Will definitely be ordering again.

I really wanted to love these soups as they are all natural and I’d be supporting a small business as well. However, I don’t think I’ll be buying them again. I bought the sample pack and a full pack of the Tomato & Red Pepper, most of which will have to go in the bin now.
My partner tried the Tomato & Red Pepper and I tried the Sweet Potato & Pumpkin. They are extremely peppery, which I’m ok with as I like black pepper, but I want to be able to taste the other ingredients. We both found the taste ‘unusual’ and the texture was very powdery. I added some light cream and microwaved it, which helped a little, but not a lot. I thought these would save me having to make my own home-made soups so often, but it’s back to the kitchen for me 🥴

I’ve just tried Soul Kitchen soups for the first time, and I’m genuinely impressed. The flavours are incredibly rich and authentic — nothing like the usual instant soups. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt good about using an instant soup, and these are simply amazing. What really stands out is that they’re not only tasty but also nutritionally balanced, which makes them a guilt-free, go-to option. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants convenience without compromising on quality or health!

Fabulous flavour and a filling soup.

All flavours are beyond delicious! Really good to know you’re eating something so good. The new flavours have just arrived and I’m so looking forward to trying them.

These soups are amazing. The tastes are so good. So much better than packet soups from supermarkets. I would highly recommend them and also nutritious for you.

Excited to see new flavours. I have ordered 2 variety packs. I’m hoping that the new flavours will be as tasty and nourishing as the original 3. I was able to order for and send directly to my daughter too. She loves them as more substantial than other mug soups.

These soups are so full of flavour and so versatile! I’ve used them as soups and also to add a bit of a kick to stews and pies. Instead of gravy. Made a lovely change. Yes they are expensive, but when you read what goes into them and that they’re gluten free and so transparent with what goes into them, I find them worth it.

The soups are amazing, being dairy free, wheat free and having many other allergies to foods these have been fantastic as normal soups I just can’t eat.
These are packed with good for you veg, nothing nasty or artificial. Just wish more company’s thought about what should be going into our food and took time to create something that’s worth eating like this company does. I will keep ordering from Soul Kitchen, and you get five stars from me.

OMG amazing! The taste and flavour with so much natural pure ingredients. Even a paper recyclable wrapper! My initial thoughts ooh a bit dear but how much do you pay for a soup in a café / restaurant? This is a lot cheaper! Great mixture of flavours will certainly be buying more. Treat yourself then you'll know why!

Soul Kitchen Soups - OMG they are fab, fab, fab! I got the variety pack and everyone is guess what? FAB! Just the right level of spice, it's like I've made it myself. It puts other 'instant' soups to shame. I know they are a wee bit expensive but you get what you pay for, I don't care about the price as I will definetly be ordering again. Bella you & your team should be really proud of your product.

Lovely website, clear and easy to use. Bought a variety pack to start with and found that whilst they’re all very spicy, they are also tasty and flavourful. Working in a small portacabin, colder days can be hard going but I think with some of these stashed away in my drawer, I will be toasty warm on even the coldest of days. They taste freshly made and whilst they don’t quite make a full (big) mug of soup, what they make is hearty and filling and feels much better for you than other instant things like noodles or commercial soups. If you like spice give them a go, I find the sweet potato the hottest, the beetroot the most flavourful and the tomato and pepper the mildest. Loved them so much I’ve bought a box of each, I’m stocked up and ready for you Winter, do your worst.

Taste great will be fab for winter flasks when I’m out and about.
