I wanted to wait until my second wash day to review, I bought the shampoo and conditikner bars, I have 4c hair and my hair feels like butter but as strong as vibranium! I absolutely love and look forward to wash days now. Using plant made has put the joy back into my hair care and its not as laborious, minimal shedding and a gorgeous soft texture. I recommend to every and anybody 10/10

Royal mail returned my order to Plantmade due to my address being recorded incorrectly on the package. I notified Plantmade via email, about Royal mails actions and me not receiving my package and I received no response, my order or my money back. I emailed Plantmade on three separate occasions and still I am in the same position, no response, no produt or my money back. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Plantmade, a simple acknowledgement of my issue would have been a start. I am awaiting my bank to retrieve my money from Plantmade.
I don't think I will use this company again as their customer service is very poor.

i had to wait for awhile to get my products in the United States. It would be best if yall made a distribution system in the states where your market could be large.

I ordered November 24th - it’s January 12th still haven’t received it. Zero updates from Plantmade about my order. I reached out in December, they promised it would be “shipped the next day.” I emailed again yesterday “we’ve have shipping issues.” Ok I get it. Things come up. But there wasn’t even a general email blast like “hey everyone we’ve had shipping issues.” They send me a $25 hit card for my inconvenience- but nothing is priced at $25, and I’d pay shipping. Seems like a good product, but if you never receive it… Just stay away from this company, they have a lot to figure out.

I’ve purchase the Inches product a few times. Last purchase was 27.11.2025 but on receipt I noticed that the liquid was very different in colour e.g cloudy. I contacted Plantmade ask if product ok to use ask didn’t want to risk issue having with hair and scalp. It’s now the 8th of January 2026 and they haven’t bothered to respond, so I’ll have to throw away this £28 product and find another supplier for hair and scalp, pity

Scam website DO NOT trust glowing recommendations. This company may have been good back when it was owned by previous owner but not now. Placed an order and weeks later I’m still waiting. They don’t reply to emails, social media comments or anything. They don’t care and if you read the comments you will see many others in the same boat. I definitely got scammed and will be taking this further

Plant made products is great for my hair. It absolutely loves it. I use the drizzle and my hair comes alive.
Can you just ensure the cap that you use is able to spray out as the last two batches I have had to pour out in my old bottles to be able use the spray.

I place my order in early September. It’s the second week of November and I still haven’t received my product it would be fine if I received an update or something but I’ve been reaching out and I can’t seem to get an email or call back. I’d ask for a refund but for SOME REASON the link to request a refund doesn’t work. The thing is I really do love the product but the customer service I’ve received SUCKS.

Products are amazing but damn their customer service is shocking.

I don’t know if this is down to the ownership change but they don’t respond.

I ordered something and they took the full payment but didn’t send me one of the items. I’ve emailed and still haven’t had a reply.

This is now the second time I’ll have to do a chargeback with my bank now; it’s such a shame because their products are unreal.

Did not receive my order been over three weeks.

I placed my order sometime at the end of September. I knew they are always busy and I have been using these products in my hair and love the snow body butter. This was a big order as the snow is usually out of stock so when it comes, I buy in bulk to last us for a few months. I waited till mid October then I got a message to say my package was in a shop to be picked up. Initially I thought it was a scam as I have never had to go to a shop to pick my parcel. It is always delivered to my home. After the second notice I decided to go and pick up as it might have been sent there by mistake. Unfortunately I was told they only keep the parcels for a week so it has been returned. I immediately contacted PLANTMADE through the app. No response. I sent 5 messages after that but there was not even an acknowledgement from them. That is very bad. Ama you have being doing this business for some time now. I have read some of your reviews and almost everyone, even the happy customers comment about your customer service. Why?? I am very upset and disappointed and it pains me to say this, but that is why people prefer to go to the big companies to spend their money. At least someone would listen and try to correct a mistake when something goes wrong. Your products are simply fabulous but your customer care is CRAP and I am sorry but you have lost a good customer.

I can't rate this purchase because still--more than three weeks since I placed my order--I haven't received it. And every time I reach out to customer service about it I get a response from a chatbot. Really???

I placed an order 1 month ago and it has not shipped yet. I have no visibility on shipping.

I weas told that my order had been lost in transit and that a replacement was being sent but I never received anything. It's been long enough. I shouldn't have to keep inquiring about something I ordered.

Awesome product. Keeps my beard fresh and soft. Doubt I’ll use another product.

I quite like the products. But conditioning bar soon breaks up. The shampoo bar is great. It lathers up well. I still like them.

Tried the body care range on a whim. Will never use anything else ever again. Outstanding. Skin is quite literally glowing 24/7

Amazing products that work the fact that the ingredients are all natural is a big thing for me can’t wait to keep using it customer for life
