I needed an advance, got through on the phone straight away and the JUST representative was so helpful, I had no problems at all.
I would recommend them to anyone

Even a loan shark would be better than using Just. They provided we a statement of income which appeared to be incorrect, on three separate occasions I called to check & was told it was correct & legally binding. They have now reduced the amount & will not respond to any of my questions. They also don't know the difference between Gross & Net & got my projection the wrong way around - are they really FCA regulated???? I would suggest - stay away. If you have made the grave error of signing with them & they continue their shambolic behaviour. Complain to the financial ombudsman & copy david.richardson@wearejust (with the co.uk ending) (he is the CEO - but don't worry - he won't read the complaint).

Terrible communication service regarding the porting of my lifetime mortgage

This company made a 1000% profit from my dads sudden fatal heart attack in September 2024. He only set up his policy in late 2019. There’s making profit and then theres just pure greed, and this company doesn’t care about anything but money.

Having received an initial tranche of monies under our arrangement, a second instalment was applied for.
An easy application was made, to be followed very quickly by a call from JUST, asking the reasons for our request.
The call was received before lunch today.
I received an email shortly after lunch to confirm that our request had been approved, and that my bank account would be credited "within 24 hours"
Monies were received within two hours.
That is a service to be admired.
Our whole experience has been a pleasure, dealing with such polite, pleasant and professional organisation.
I would heartily recommend JUST to any potential applicant.

I recently found out my mother and father took out a life time mortgage, looking at the recent statement it is a rip off !!! I can’t believe the amount of interest for one year. It’s nearly a quarter of the life time mortgage Stay away from the this company they take advantage of elderly people 🤬
