I was playing $1.80 and somehow, it went to $108. I didn't catch it, and there went that chunk of $$ in ONE spin! Customer service is a joke. You communicate through Facebook Messenger. The company can be quick to respond, but like another reviewer mentioned, they just dance around the questions. They will give about 2-3 responses before the same exact, word for word, responses begin again. They have never fully answered my first question I sent over 3 weeks ago. Big payouts/bonuses are also hard to come by. My advice, there are better online casinos, so don't waste your time or money on Wcasino.vip.

they allowed someone to bind their number to my email and use all my bonus money buy and withdrawal and would not change my account after fighting with them about not being able to play any games on their site and gave me the debit card number to the person collecting my winnings

Need to change my last 1 star review to 4 stars, i finally could make a withdrawl and all worked out smoothly, also prizes from tournament will be credited, maybe with little delay but they will, thank you. Taking Bonuses i still wouldnt recoomend.
