Customer Service Ghosting
Impossible to get through to the customer service team. I messaged them multiple times without any response. Item is marked as "restocking soon" and it's been 4 weeks. It's such a shame because I like their brand and products but this ghosting from customer service is preventing me from ordering anything in the future.

I had a Five Star experience in exchanging a purchase, shipping and then receiving the exchange. Wax London customer service was excellent, they immediately responded to my request, and kept me informed. I am impressed by their service, and the clothes are great! Thank you, WL!
Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. UK customer, returned items within 30 days, Wax confirmed returns however they have not given a refund despite sending proof of bank transactions to show no refund has been received. Having to claim through my bank, failing that I will be taking up the issue with a financial ombudsmen. Shame they treat return customers in this way

Great experience, order came quickly, and spoke with the customer service team for updates throughout the order and always got quick responses.
Then the products received are exactly as the image and look and feel great in hand, cant wait to wear them.
Rocky start, but improved
I'll be honest - this didn't start well. My order never arrived, and getting through to customer service took multiple attempts. After 10 days of waiting, I discovered the item was actually out of stock, which was frustrating.
However, what matters most is how a company responds when things go wrong. Despite the initial hiccups with the refund process (I had to follow up when only half came through), the team ultimately stepped up. They acknowledged their mistakes, worked to find solutions, and showed genuine willingness to improve.The team here proved they care more about customers than their bottom line.

Nice style but poor quality
I bought the Denali Carpenter Trousers 6 months ago and think the trousers were good style and comfy to wear but through pretty casual wear over 6 months the trousers have fallen apart at the seams. Would expect better quality and longevity for the cost to be honest. Maybe it was a one off. Customer service was polite and offered a nominal 10% off but doesnt really cover the cost of repairs.
Not great customer service…
The jacket I bought was very expensive and developed a hole in the pocket within a few weeks. I messaged customer service and felt there was a real lack of support over the issue. I was told to get it fixed and send a pic of the receipt. Not easy when you have mobility issues unfortunately.
Excellent clothes and outstanding customer service
Firstly amazing choice of menswear across the board, they are in the league of Octobre, Sirplus and Sunspel and perhaps even better when compared on price. Their clothes stand-out particularly for knitwear if you want a statement piece or two.
I bought a men’s burgundy leather jacket and it was great value for money and will last many years to come. Had a issue and customer service was also on point and went the extra mile for me to resolve the problem
Service as good as their menswear
I love their clothes but had the occasion this week to have to return an item (a gift which unfortunately didn’t fit just right). Their online customer service is prompt and helpful and I don’t have to wait 5 days for an automated response.
No international support and a crooked refund policy
I’d give zero stars - they don’t deserve anything better. I had heard about the high quality of their products and ordered a fairly expensive belt to Germany, only to discover loose threads at a stitch and a cheap-looking buckle. Those who give five stars and praise the quality of this company's products must have very low standards.
But that’s not the end of it. To get a refund for a defective product, I have to pay a €25 service fee, and the shipping cost is not included in the refund. In other words, I would have to pay €35 to return a broken product they sent me - a truly clever policy for legally exploiting international customers and making use of products they would otherwise have to throw away.
I will never buy anything from this company again. If you are located in Europe, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere where you won’t lose a third of the item’s price just to return it.
Beware - not built to last
I bought a t-shirt from Wax because I heard the quality was excellent. However, there is a clear product defect that has come to light. The corners of the label that is stuck onto the t-shirt are so sharp, that they rip through the fabric around it after use.
My t-shirt now has 4 holes in the fabric and it hasn't even been worn that often. I emailed Wax to let them know about this defect and to ask for a replacement, but they said it 'falls outside of my 30 days returns window and the tag has been removed'. Yeah you don't say!!
I can't afford to keep buying a new Wax t-shirt every few months when all my other premium t-shirts last so much longer and don't get holes.
Very disappointing garment quality and customer service. I expected better.
I made an error when placing my order…
I made an error when placing my order with wax. Put the wrong postcode on the Order but the correct address. My order bounced to south England royal Mail sorting Offices for two weeks. I thought despite being able to track the parcel, I would never get a delivery. Wax Services were incredibly helpful and offered to fully refund my order. That communication was fantastic, just about to ask for a refund and hey Presto my order arrived. Hooray!
