We’re truly sorry that the fullness did not meet your expectations, especially since you purchased the hair for your birthday and upcoming travels. We completely understand how disappointing that can be when you were expecting a fuller, more secure-looking installation.

Our recommended number of packs is based on typical installations, but the amount needed can vary depending on the installation method, the size of the head, the desired fullness, and how the hair is distributed. Crochet installations with more open spacing can also require additional hair for fuller scalp coverage.

Regarding the texture, Burmese Curly has a naturally soft and defined curl pattern, and depending on how the hair is installed and styled, it can appear more like a water-wave texture. We’re sorry if the texture was different from what you expected based on our website.

Since you expressed an interest in making another purchase, we proposed converting the shipping cost into a cash credit that you could apply directly to your next order; you agreed to this arrangement. Regarding the tangling problem you mentioned: once a wig is detached from the head, it easily loses moisture and nutrients, so it requires extra moisturizing care during daily use. You might try using products such as moisturizing oils to condition it. If the issue is severe, please contact us immediately.
