I experienced an issue with NetExtender not working, and the call was passed to Jonathan Hipwood. He addressed the problem immediately and explained that the issue was due to the laptop not connecting to the edge, which prevented NetExtender from connecting. Jonathan resolved the issue promptly.

Duncan at Wavenet Support was very helpful and made the adjustment to my PC - software install - in a very fast time frame. Much appreciated.

Needed assistance with an expired link to connect to the wifi and quickly got an email back from David McCree with a new link. Very happy with the speed and efficiency of response.
