We had a really good experience with Watts and Co. I called Matty and he was round to see the house the next day. It was fantastic because we needed a lot of odd jobs doing and we just had no idea where to start but Matty just took a note of them all. He sourced plasterers to take care of popcorn ceilings, plumbers to move radiators, electricians to put spotlights in... And then they also put in a brand new kitchen for us. It was such a relief to have an expert advising us and overseeing the work and it's yielded beautiful results. The neglected house we bought is now a beautiful home and we couldn't be more grateful!

We previously had a small attic room with no insulation, and two large voids either side of the roof. This job included an entire roof tile refit, an expansion of the previous room into one of the void spaces, a complete conversion of the other void space into a bathroom, and insulation of all walls.

The job was done to a high standard and for a lot more reasonable cost than other places were quoting us. The initial parts that all needed to get done (roof retile, insulation, plastering) all happened incredibly fast, which we appreciated to avoid environmental damage or excessive heat loss. They also managed to keep the rest of the house very clean, considering the amount of plaster and rubble that first had to be removed.

Communication was brilliant. We were given frequent updates on the status of the work and every time we rang Matty with any questions throughout the 4 month process he would always get back to us immediately. He was also out on site very often.

Matty has a great attention to detail and this attitude spreads down to his whole team. You can tell he cares about the job and would never look to cut corners.

Ultimately, we just felt we could trust Matty. His whole team are really honest, hard working people that were really polite and nice to speak with.

The fees were also very competitive.

We were really happy we ended up going with Watts & Co. The finished product is fantastic and exactly what we wanted.

Matt and his team reconfigured our ground floor and installed a new kitchen for us. Matt was knowledgeable and skilled, giving great advice and ensuring we were happy at every point of the project. His team were also professional and did a really great job. Matt genuinely cared about the job and made sure every little detail was taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team and we are delighted with our new home.

Left the property on 22nd April. 8 days before my contrated ended but rent fully paid up and they were made aware id left the property via email of pictures and vidoes.
Tried getting my deposit back since 22nd April. Today 18th June after weeks and months of chasing my deposit and having to go to a solicitor via the tenancy deposit scheme finally had correspondence that they are taking £250 for a so called stained mattress after numerous conversations and not once it was mentioned!
Absolutely disgusting company to work with, quick and happy to take your money but soon as you want your deposit back, bury their head in the sand, won't reply to calls, emails and online chats and take as long as their allowed legally to reply then shift the goal posts to take another 30 days to pay.
I'd rather be homeless to have any involvement again with Watts & Co if your a future tenant avoid at all costs! Let's see if I get paid by by mid July after leaving in April!!!

Matt fit our new kitchen for us, he stepped in at short notice, rearranging his diary to accommodate us after our first joiner let us down. He and his team are highly professional and do a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them :)

Had 2 lots of work completed and all to a high standard. First a corridor creating by moving an internal wall to create a room and corridor with open stair case. Although a couple of unexpected issues were found during the work the team ensured they had a solution and discussed with us before proceeding. Second was splitting a bedroom into two to create a separate utility room and bedroom as well as moving a loft hatch and boarding. All work was performed to a high standard and any issues, changes or adaptions were discussed and agreed. I would definitely have them back if we require more work in the future, thanks guys.

Had a new laminate floor installed in my kitchen, hallway and living room. Matt and his team were great, advised me throughout and were really professional. Quality work for a reasonable price and everyone comments on how nice my floor is 😊 Have and would recommend to everyone.

My Kitchen was moved from the middle floor to the bottom floor, walls were ripped out, new walls put up, door ways inserted in supporting walls. Matt project managed the whole thing he did what he said he would when he said he would. The work done was fast, and of a high standard. I would highly recommend the project management part as Matt got the correct trades person in at the correct point in the process, which took away the stress. I would highly recommend based on quality of work, communication and speed at which it was done.

Matty and his team of tradesmen have just finished fitting our new kitchen. They carried out all the electrical work, plastering, plumbing and kitchen fitting in a professional and competent manner and to a very high standard. We are glad we chose Watts&Co to undertake the complete project and would highly recommend them to anyone upgrading their kitchen.
