Haven’t received item as yet. Emailed to chase and no reply either. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail strikes the order was delayed. Received my order today and although late for the birthday present it was intended for it was nicely packaged and just what I wanted. Will save for next years birthday present instead. I cannot recommend Jo and Wattle Designs highly enough! I created/purchased one of the "40 Reasons I Love You" prints for my boyfriend's birthday and Jo's work turned out so beautifully. Absolutely perfect customer service, Jo made sure I was happy with the design and it arrived well packaged and earlier than expected (even with Royal Mail delays). I have several prints from WD and I’m really happy with them all. The customer service has been fantastic on each occasion.
