We have been using this service for some time now and have found Waster to be extremely efficient and easy to deal with, the staff are also very helpful and pleasant.
Unfortunately we could not continue with this service due to the current premises having their own waste facilities so we now have to transfer over to this service.

Disgraceful service as they charge us…
Disgraceful service as they charge us on time but they never empty the bins on time. All the business owners should be careful of these kind of opeators as it directly adfects the operation.

We have received a call at c. 5pm today - Thursday before Easter - informing us that a bin collection was missed today. We are investigating and seeking to rectify immediately. As Good Friday - services are not running on Friday.
Update: We have arranged a catchup service for Saturday which will be free of charge - and apologise for the inconvenience. We will also rectify any ongoing service issues.

I am really pleased with the professional and kind pleasant person (Lana?) I usually speak to over the phone. Prompt pick up of my BLUE SECURITY BIN is also organised efficiently every 6 weeks.

So far everything is going very well. One suggestion to improve would be a timesheet or messaging service of sorts that shows us the real time collection of our bins. That would be very helpful for us to co-ordinate the contractor who returns the bins to the basement.

This site has a cardboard bin every fortnight. The first pickup was missed due to driver error. Due to being in a residential area - we are restricted by access hours and have not been able to arrange an immediate catch up which generally happens in commercial areas. We have arranged a catch up pickup free of charge to compensate the customer for the inconvenience.
Our customer service staff always strive to solve issues as soon as possible for all customers - sometimes an issue can not be rectified immediately on phone as we need to check with operations. We do ask that customer service staff are respected and spoken to in a professional manner as they are seeking to solve any issues as promptly as possible.
