Great Service, more communication needed
We ordered our service, we were not given an eta for arrival of the bin, we had to call to find this information out 2 weeks after we had ordered it. The bin arrived and was then due to be collected on a Friday, however, the driver arrived to pick up the bin on a Wednesday (in advance), without notice or advice, so while the driver waited we had to finish filling the bin.
