Great bit of kit. Excellent service before and after install.
Noticed a difference within 24 hours.
Not sure about the test kit as I think we over-softened for the first few months.
Check the values online and it was below what the test kit indicated.
Have backed off the softness with no return of scale and water still feels soft.
Might keep backing off over a few weeks, to hit a sweet spot and save on salt.
Would still recommend. Wish we did it years ago.

Excellent customer service. Fantastic product. Cannot fault them.

I did some research online which seemed to point Wash Water as a relatively new supplier for water softeners. I thought I'd give it a try because the larger companies are only offering a proper warranty only if you sign up to their own annual service plan which I don't think is fair. My plumber installed the tank with relative ease. This was my first pump so I was hesitant on some of the sounds it made when it went through it's initial brining cycle (a short 2 minute loud flushing noise towards the end of the cycle). I contacted Wash Water who asked me to send a video which they confirmed within the hour that this was completely normal. I've had the softener for about 2 weeks now and everything is operated normally. I also feel confident that Wash Water will respond on a personal level should there be any issues in future.

Product was easy to install as a replacement for my old unit. Quality looks good but too early to comment on the performance. Better menus and set up options than the last unit

The young man who installed our Softner did an excellent job and was very conscientious in his work

Good costumer service

Installers fitted the softener and gave us booklet should we need any help in the future

had good advice when selecting the heater and tap to set up our hotwater drinks station, ordering and delivery were both easy and quick, aftersales support was again fantastic, heater and electronic tap do exactly as we want, provide on tap boiling water for hot drinks

Just a straight forward, easy to install system. very neat design.

The water softener seems to be working well at the moment, only recently had it installed.
Got to say a big thank you to Kayleigh, who was extremely helpful on a few questions I had to ask.

The machine arrived within 2 days. A technical enquiry I had was answered over the phone very promptly, no hanging on listening to interminable music. Machine working well.

Great service
Lovely guys
Done good job

Fast efficient order & delivery

Very friendly staff and helped me to solve my issue.

Quick to send the guarantee in the post as could not download. Good to deal with

If you're lucky you can tuck these away in a cupboard where they can operate unseen to do what they do with very little input from the user. In truth the unit is quite a big lump but we were lucky in that our installer was able to fit it under the stairs where we wanted it so, out of sight out of mind.
Having said all that the unit just gets on with it producing lovely soft water, so pleased we had it fitted.

The plumber replaced an existing water softener but had a few problems with connecting to the existing pipe work which I found surprising.

Great devices, and very good customer service especially from Kayleigh who has been very helpful as we've started our water softner and reverse osmosis system journey with Wash Water!
