The clamp doesn't hold the blade evenly. One side is 15­°, flip it and other side is 35°. Stones are utter junk. I ruined the course stone sharpening 1 blade. I had to use all three stones 3 times to get my hunting knife sharp enough to pluck a hair from my arm. Try to return the item under their so called warranty and they will tell you to pay the return shipping to GERMANY!! It cost $120 to return it. They use a Florida address to make it seem like you can deal with someone locally but these ship directly from China. Takes 4 weeks to deliver. This company should not be allowed to sell in the US. A lot of these positive reviews I see commenting on quality and shipping are bots and fake reviews by this Chinese company.

Sharpener came in a reasonable amount of time. Tracking of shipped product through Wasabi’s website was not helpful and subpar for today’s logistics. Sharpener is easy to use, and provides a precise edge that’s really sharp. I would recommend.

Took a month to get delivered but considering locations and current delivery climates I think that was quite good. The tracking advice kept me up to date on the whats, wheres and whens so I could see it was moving in the right direction.

Product is of excellent quality and was delivered promptly with no damage.
The knife cuts very well and has retained a fine cutting edge after a few weeks of occasional use.

I was initially disappointed because my order was listed as "delivered", but the knife was not. I later discovered that it was in a separate package which had been mis-delivered to a neighbor.

The sharpener is nice but still waiting on angle meter over 3 weeks. Very disappointed. Would cancel if I could.

I have some knives I use for dressing deer that need to be beyond razor sharp for my liking! Wasabi allows me to get the edge I want and , they stay sharp longer!

I love that I have a consistent angle all the time. Different knifes, materials will sharpen different and need to learn how to handle this. Keep notes for reference on setup and different knifes.

I've always enjoyed how calming the process of sharpening the household blades are. Now, with this system, the process is less guesswork, more precise, and even more calming. What used to take many hours, only takes a couple, and the household knives are SUPER sharp.

I love this knife! It’s very sharp and easy to use. This is my third Wasabi knife; the other 2 that I purchased several months ago have held up well and have stayed sharp. It comes with a sheath to protect it, and is nicely packaged in it’s own fitted box.

Shipping was faster than expected, the whetstones work well and give a great edge, but they could stick out farther from the plastic. The profile of the sharpening surface is extremely thin and doesnt present past the plastic very far at all.
