I needed an emergency plumber and Steve dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. He was calm and reassuring which was definitely what I needed! I was really happy with the service.

Like a previous review I cannot comment on the work because after 4 appointments made the plumber once again this morning didn't turn up. First excuse two weeks ago the plumber was ill, ok I accepted this. Second excuse, the radiator hadn't arrived. Third excuse the plumber was ill again. We were then going away for the weekend and wanted it sorted before going so the company offered us an plumber calling at 7am to do the job before we left, we turned this offer of an appointment down incase the job wasn't completed in time for us leaving. So an appointment was made for 9am this morning. My husband has just received a phone call to say they weren't coming again because the radiator hasn't arrived. My question to Warmserve, how could you have come on the last two cancelled appointments when you haven't got the radiator? We have now cancelled the job & will contact another company. We had issues with this company previously but we thought we would give them another chance after the last issue was resolved. They won't get another chance.

The company came as agreed with the insurance broker. They gave the added service of a pre-attendance telephone call for 30 minutes warning.

Lloyd was pleasant helpful. He did the job with expedience and cleared up after himself. He wasted no time but was friendly.

Unable to write a review about work carried out because the Engineer did not turn up for the appointment to inspect Boiler.Simple phone call to say he was delayed would have solved a poor experience and a disgruntled Customer.Staff in the Office are effcient though.

Been using this company now for 15 years! Telephone staff are just great, Lynn has always turned up to fix the boiler, and is always on time, and very professional, nothing is too much trouble, if you want first class gas or electric work done, these are the ones, i cant recommend them enough!

New boiler installed today engineers were brilliant cheerful helpful and knowledgable would recommend this company

I have always been impressed with Warmserve. Their engineers are professional, reliable, and friendly. The quality of their work has been excellent each time I have used them. They take care to explain well what needs to be done and have always carry out a job to a high standard. Communication with the office has also been friendly and helpful, and I appreciate how easy it is to arrange appointments. I recently scheduled plumbing work and some very small tiling work and they kept everything clear and well-organised. I also value their professionalism in invoicing and payments. Overall, Warmserve provides an excellent service. I would not use anyone else and I would recommend them without hesitation.

REPLACEMENT BOILER:A representative came out to look at the job first. I did not have to take numerous pictures which most companies were asking for, this was a big plus for me. Next day we received a detailed estimate, one of three and all of a good price. Arrangements made for the following week. Engineers arrived on time. Polite and friendly, quick, efficient. Took all rubbish away, left the area spotless. We would most definitely recommend Warmserve Plumbing to our friends.

I have just had a bathroom upgrade and cannot praise Warmserve enough from start to finish. So easy to arrange an initial viewing to provide a quote and within 6 weeks they commenced the job. So neat and tidy and took everything away. Definitely would recommend them😊

I asked for quotation to replace an electric shower and a number of taps. Received acceptable quote promptly and job completed two days later by competent plumber Jamie. Good communication from friendly office staff too. Will be using Warmserve again soon for further plumbing job. Recommended.

Good service, engineers very polite and helpful. Price was as expected, only down side a stain left on a carpet and could have been a bit cleaner on completion.
