From the start the office team were fantastic, Amy made a point of telling us it's a small family firm. This didn't mean anything to us because we've been ripped off by giant firms and smaller family firms, HOWEVER, they were excellent. They arrived on time, explained the process, handled everything professionally and quickly. We would recommend them to anyone and will be getting our new boiler serviced by them. All round excellent.

Highly satisfied with a very neat job. Due to replacement boiler shape it couldn't be located in the old boiler's position against an outside wall. Boiler replacement with waste water pipe, two flue replacement pipes and thermostat.

Amy who is the admin was very friendly and kept me upto date until after work was done.

The gas engineers came on time at 8.00 am and worked until 16.00 both days. They were careful with taking out the plasterboard in the ceiling and replaced two flue pipes. They kept me upto date with what was being done and explained where the inspection hatches were needed to be put in and explained how the boiler and thermostat worked and helped me with the working of the Hive App. They cleaned up as much as they could and took the old pipe away. They reassured me with the Keston boiler as I never hears of it. They explained the warranty.

Efficient organisation and execution of boiler replacement and heating system upgrade. Staff were knowledgeable and professional, keeping us fully informed of the steps to be taken. The installers tidied up after themselves too. New boiler produces hot water brilliantly. Not used for heating yet, but feel ready to face the winter with the new home improvements.

We had a new Worcester boiler installed by Warmer Homes a couple of days ago and the service was excellent,Will and Brandon arrived on time, set to work, explained everything that was going on ie when the gas and electricity had to go off etc. they worked extremely hard and when they finished they set the controls for us and explained how to use it.At the end they cleared everything up, put the shelves back in our boiler cupboard and took away all the rubbish! A first class job and would highly recommend this company. A special heads up to Will and Brannon who fitted the boiler and to Amy, the receptionist who was so friendly, kind and understanding. Well done.
