Terrible service. Wrong product received after 7-8 weeks! No response
Terrible, SPenf $90+ (£75) on a 'handmade panic at the disco blanket 150cm. After a month I chase the order before xmas as it is a gift for my 11 year old son. The reply 'sorry it is hand made the delivery takes 2-3 weeks but thats AFTER it is made which they do not say on site. I figure I'll give it to him for his bday instead? 7 weeks later still, nothing. Repeated emails. Eventually I get a tracking number and follow it for a week and I come home to a poorly made 20cm cushion with a picture of a bird on it. That was 3 weeks ago and now I'm getting there out of office. Raised a claim with pay pal but who knows what happens next as I have never had to do so in my life. It is my sons birthday next month and I usually spend about £150 its what I can afford. I had to use his bday monday for Xmas and now he will have very little as I cannot afford. I'm disgusted.
Not a good customer 1st time experience
No one ever answers the phone. And whenever they do call me back. The same femal Rep w/ accent request “...if I could just leave the order #”. And I often think - if you could just reply to one of many many Vm’s Or screensshots w/ the order #. That would be great.

The worst shopping i have made till now is from wonely. I have bougt a mercedese watch and paid approx 60 euro abd the prodeuct which i received dorsnt have the value of 5 euro. When i claim them the bad product they force me to acceot it and thats it.

The bad- usually has Long shipping times, impossible returns and shipping costs are way too expensive. Also only being able to order one item at a time needs to change immediately. But for the most part the companies and items are good quality and carry almost everything you can think of. The site is very easy to navigate, of course the main pro is how much cheaper it is to purchase “designer” and other awesome items from Wanelo.

if you had minus stars on here that's what I would give them ordered a Mercedes watch, it did arrive but was nothing like the pictures shown it was a total piece of crap, emailed customer service several times asking for a refund but so far have had no reply, so much for their 60 day full refund policy.....BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Refuse to refund & its their fault
Refuse to refund & its their fault. I ordered an item and they sent me an item I didn't order. What's galling is that what was sent is an item from a well known luxury jewellery brand. It looks so cheap and nasty it cost $1 to make whereas it costs USD$2500 in real life. Its a joke.
Wanelo refuse to refund me. Initially they said they would but then they changed their minds and said they would issue a store credit. I believe I am due a refund as I simply wasn't sent what I wanted. What was sent to me is insulting and I cant on sell it. They send the wrong product and then don't reply to emails.
Why is this WANELO still in business?
Wanelo has no customer service and no support what-so-ever! I emailed several times with no response back. Talk about feeling ignored. If you want to post items by computer, it is impossible. It just reverts back to check their un-magical feed! Then it says to save their bookmark to post professionally but when you do that a photo of a cat says NO, THAT'S NOT ALLOWED. Other times the site shows a 505 error but no one ever corrects it. Someone get rid of this site! They are misleading, irresponsible and couldn't care less about anyone but themselves! They can ruin a buyers confidence for online shopping while there are many other great online venues. They just aren't one of them.
terrible website...no customer service
i put in my credit card number and it said " oof " information incorrect. it wasn't. tried another debit card. said the 3 didget security number was wrong. it wasn't. called the customer service number.....they would get back in 24 hours ......great ! called the san francisco store......no answer. terrible website, no help. my correct information was deemed incorrect, which is frustrating, and NO customer service to help out. big pain, ridiculously inefficient, zero help. forget it. if i can't even get it ordered, how bad will it be GETTING the item ? NO....terrible site !
They do not pay merchants
Sold items two months ago was never paid. They do not respond to messages, there is no way to contact them. No response. No Nothing. This company is terrible. I urge other sellers in the same boat to contact the CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL as this is FRAUD. They are stealing from people. BEWARE!!!!!

Wanelo is terrible but extremely cheap, which is why it appears to be popular with high school kids. None of the products are authentic. They are extremely cheap and poor quality, all knockoffs sourced from China, which cannot possibly be made in acceptable working conditions. Use Wanelo as an inspiration board like Pinterest, not for shopping.

Wanelo is pretty good. You get a much better selection, and you can buy from supplierd that are actually like real people who care about what they are selling. I've always gotten things fast, and I just think the bigger online companies are trying to push the smaller business with lower prices out, with fake complaints on review sites.

There isn't good thing about this website. quality/delivery/return policy/customer service...........I can go on and on about bad experience. and they lie that the product will be shipping from US but actually these are shipping from China which take about more than 2 weeks + they must start making it after they got the order. My summer dress is placed 20 days ago and it is still processing ! I will never use this site and will never recommend this site to anyone.
