Lovely jewellery, fast delivery

This jewelry is not what it looks like. It is overpriced junk. When I requested a return of a bracelet I had bought for a friend and then received it and it looked like it should be for a baby I was told I had to pay to ship it back. When I went to ship it back because of where the company is the cost of freight was more than the bracelet. I bought two necklaces also and they are just tiny and cheap looking. Absolute junk and a rip off! Don’t buy this product! I have emailed several times with Iskan and they have repeatedly told me there is nothing they will do to make this right. If Iskan is not the right person to be talking to please let me know as this is extremely frustrating.

All the gals in the shop are wonderful- lovely to chat to and no matter how often you go in, they remember you. I love going in there!! (Also, the stuff they make and sell is pretty nifty 😉)!!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They never rush me and always have helpful things to say when I’m making decisions!

I looked online, which was easy to do. Then sent an email which was answering promptly. Because I live locally I called in two days later and saw the necklace in ‘real life’ and it was as lovely as portrayed. And the assistant was lovely too
