Forse avrei messo 3 o 4 stelle perchè mi sarei aspettato una definizione un pó migliore delle foto visto il prezzo, ma la serietà e la qualità del servizio clienti meritano 5 stelle; abbiamo avuto problemi con la società che si occupava della spezione e perció per un attimo sembrava persa, ma poi con pronta risposta si sono presi in carico la vicenda e hanno rispedito con un corriere diverso i medesimi articoli a loro spese. Ad maiora.

I ordered a poster from Wall of Art. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order, which I did within their 24 hours cancellation policy request. I emailed, left a voice message on their phone and emailed again when I received a notification that the poster is being prepared for shipment about 20 minutes after my first email. I received an email from David two days later to say that I missed the 24 hrs deadline to cancel the order - the item was still not dispatched at this point - so I sent him information and evidence explaining that I didn’t. This was 2 days ago. I heard nothing of course from the company about refund, but received a notification this morning that the item I cancelled and wanted a refund for has just been dispatched. They are ignoring my correspondence and won’t give me my money back. Utterly unprofessional. Utterly disappointed in how they treat customers and I will be contacting my cc company to raise a dispute with them.

After leaving this review the Company contacted me and provided a refund as well as gave us the product free of charge. Where I really appreciate that the issue has been resolved I am still disappointed that I had to leave a negative feedback to get any attention from the Company to resolve the issue.

15 days - and no delivery so far. This is a very bad experience and it will be the last time that I have ordered something here.....

I ordered on July 4th and my stuff still hasn't arrived. What a childish service. Don't understand why companies like this have to spam all throughout Facebook, just to let customers waiting for several weeks. Yes, I live in Europe. But if you can't deliver in a healthy timeframe don't advertise there. It's 2026, come on. Waiting for my order, still hasn't arrived.

Edit: Initially I made a 1-Star-Review, being very angry about the late delivery date. The customer service experience was something I never experienced before though. One of the founders personally reached out to me and we cleared up the whole problem. This didn't make my pictures arrive faster, but we located the problem and it had nothing to do with the service itself. Just one of those problems that can occur with shipping.

The quality of the prints is A++++. Unbelievable quality, looks amazing in my office.

These posters are fantastic, what they are printed on makes them look great and also easy to handle. Well packaged and fast delivery that is easy to track. Would not buy from anyone else, if there were 6 stars I'd give 6.
