I ordered with a discount code but did not receive the discount… then I received an email saying my song was attached, but there was no song. I responded that there was no song.., still didn’t receive it but now I’m getting a solicitation for a review…!? Nope.

I could feel my dad in the song. I know he is going to a better place. and I think this is a song for saying what I thought of him and his life. Thanks.

WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE PAYING THIS "FAMILY" TO WRITE SONG: This is actually a scam, using AI to create songs. Litterally you can just go to AI song creators like Suno.ai ( or Suno.com Note Suno is a freeminum software) to create a song to celebrate the ones you love just by a few words. This family claimed that "AI is replacing them" while they are using AI to create songs!!!
Futhermore, their costumer service is even more worse than AT&T costumer service: I once wrote an email to them, expressing my concern about their use of AI, but there are no replies. I even "tracked down" their "headquaters" using Google Maps, using the adress they used on the page, turned out it was a fake location. You can even see right here in Trustpilot, that they replied to negative reviews verry few. So my only advice about these b!tches is to NOT PAY MONEY FOR THEM!!! GO TO AN AI SONG GENERATOR AND MAKE FOR YOURSELF!!!!
Bonus: There is a video by a youtuber titled "Plesant Green" who actually paid this genuiely fake family to make a song. Since I cannot paste the link here, just search "Don’t Pay This AI Family To Write You a Song" on Youtube.

I love how they capture our story and I love the song the only thing I didn't like is they said WV instead of West Virginia I know I put WV but I thought they would know to say West Virginia that WV was the initial for the state..

I was interested in a personalized song but minimal research of the website revealed that they are not based in the U.S. as implied but overseas.Further research revealed that the Walker family is entirely generated by AI. This research is not difficult to undertake. I recommend anyone interested in any purchase off the web to a little.
