Have been ordering from walker and drake for years, and now they won't deliver to N Ireland because they couldn't be bothered filling out the paper work absolute disgrace

I’ve been getting my dogs food and treats from walker and drake for over a year after finding them on All About Dog Food, where they’re really well reviewed for their nutritious food - I was particularly looking for a good quality dry food and was struggling until I found this company.

I have always been really happy with the products and the service - First of all it’s a comfort to know my dog is getting food that’s actually good for her, particularly as I find a lot of dog food can be misleading on this.

The delivery is always really quick so I don’t have to worry too much if I order when I only have a little food left. On the only one occasion where the food I ordered hadn’t been cooked yet, the company very promptly got in touch to let me know and check whether the subsequent 1 day delay on my order would be ok or whether I’d like to order something else, and they even really kindly put a free packet of treats in the order to say sorry even though it really hadn’t been an issue for me. It’s really clear that they’re a quality-focused and customer centric business, and I’m happy to place my orders with them knowing I’m supporting a great business.

Our dog loved Walker and Drake dry and wet food! He was a fussy eater and we finally found a dog food he enjoyed. My experience of their customer service has also been without fault. A good British company and would highly recommend.

What a lovely company to deal with. The food and treats are excellent quality and made from fantastic wholesome ingredients.

Each time I've contacted them they've been super helpful and even told me to purchase one pack of eight treats instead of two packs of four as it was cheaper. I've never had such good customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great company to deal with.
They have been available to send my subscription, last minute with next day delivery whenever I have needed it.
Even when I decided on a change for my dog and didn't cancel till the last minute they issued a refund.
It's so nice to have a caring human response at a time when everything is automated and 'computer says no'.

I live very local so Minnie cavapoo and me had a walk to the headquarters to pick up a bag of food. Staff were very friendly and let Minnie try a sample of the flavours.
At home Minnie loves the food.
And I will definitely be visiting again.

I couldn’t recommend Walker and Drake more. My 5kg dog adapted to the larger pellet size with no problem and eats well.
We give him a mix of dried and wet food from the brand and he is healthy and thriving.
The customer service is phenomenal and goes far beyond anything I have seen before. Absolutely pawesome brand.

My dog didn't like the duck freeze drìed, I was able to return the second unopened pack, and the refund was given in super quick time. Always fast service.

I realised a made a mistake in my order so I contacted them via email on the bottom of their website and received a response way within 24hrs which solved the issue.

They managed to contact their warehouse and put an entry in to disclose what my order actually should be, despite me selecting the wrong item on purchase.

Big shoutout to David the Director, amazing communication and customer service skills. And thank you to the warehouse team for being proactive!

All my Shelties have been fed Royal Cani previously However, having look more into the ingredients and studied what the website All About Dogs had to say I compared the foods to other options. Walker & Drake brand came extremely high and was well priced. I was amazed at the quality and ingredients. Been feeding both wet and dry for 3 months now. The dog’s coat condition is fabulous - no smelly breath and no tarter. I am delighted with the quality and the dog loves his food. I can’t commend the food more highly.

Brilliant customer service, so nice to be able to call W&D and aoeak to people who know their products inside annd out. Always very helpful so good luck o call and discuss our requirements. Couldn’t not praise the staff and products more highly.

I thought I’d change to cold press as it is supposed to be better however their food made my dogs very ill. I had it confirmed by a vet that the food caused the issue of diarrhoea and blood in it. I asked for a label or a QR code to return the unopened bags and they refused to accept their food made my dogs ill. I had to repeat several times that the vet confirmed it was the dog food that caused the issue which they denied in every email. Terrible customer service.

Since changing to walker and drake my jack Russell who can be very fussy has been scoffing every meal even at points rattling her dish to get her meal early. The ocean fish is her must flavour

My puppy is doing amazing on it her favourite is the duck she can’t get enough for it

All dogs are thriving and doing incredible on if so much better than I even thought they would there’s a total shift in behaviour , energy and health wise for the better

The most favourite thing that even tops the food is the peanut butter and blue treat drives them insane they will work to be get one

I have had a few issues but after an email being sent, I got one back within a couple of hours instantly the issue was resolved to a much much more satisfactory standard than what j thought. Iv never had a company who took time answer any questions in a very timely and detailed answer. Even very kindly I emailed on behalf of an elderly disabled neighbour about the samples , to which I recieved the parcel and opened it there was the samples and a packet of treats
