Company itself is NOT a scam, they have decent deals, but some vendors might scam you. They stopped answering my emails (were answering before) and it is hard to reach by phone. Before buying products or services, try to reach out to vendor to see if they are aware of the promo. Some items that are being sold there are being dropshipped from China (aliexpress most likely). If you are calling and don't want to deal with the hold, try extension 223. Be aware that they might hang up on you in the middle of conversation. Almost feels like they don't want to issue refunds/deal with your issues after sale is done.

Purchased a total of 6 items in December 2024.
The two disappointing items were the heated gloves (Rechargeable Heated Touchscreen Gloves). Came without batteries/charging unit - useless really.
Also ordered a windshield cover and got two foam wands - not sure what that's about.
Emailed customer support - Received refund.

I ordered some steaks, 6 x 10oz Waygu Striploins. Upon picking up the steaks, which were from the Butcher Shoppe, realized they were 10 x 6 oz steaks and not marked as Waygu. This is a huge difference for steaks! Phoning WagJag customer service was a joke, waited 2 hours on the phone and then the call was terminated from their end. I guess I am stuck with these shitty little steaks. Will never purchase from WagJag again !!

Someone created an account with my email address. As I live in the US, I have no use for an account on their site. I followed instructions on filing a support claim to request they delete my account and was told they can't do that until it's been inactive for 6 months.

Over the years, I have purchased a lot of grocery items through Wagjag and was always satisfied with my purchases.

Now I find out they have discontinued pick up at the Vaughan location which is where I picked up. I understand that it's probably not Wagjag's fault, but I have also noticed they seem to be pushing for home deliveries as opposed to pick up locations. There are no PU locations in my area or even on my way home from work. It's a shame because that means I can no longer order since there is no one home during the day to accept the delivery :(

I always use wagjag to bring my kids to all sorts of activities they offer. Helps save money and get the kids out of the house doing something fun. It also helps to save on groceries every now and then!

Simply put - I love WagJag. I have been buying products from this company for years. From jewelry to weekend getaways! I have even bought steaks and they were delicious! This is my all time fav on-line purchases company. Recently I had a fan delivered to me and unfortunately it was broken from transporting it. I got in touch with customer service - they sent me a bill of lading to return this item "free" of charge and then creditted me back. What awesome customer service (thanks Mensah!) I'm always looking for fun things to do on a tight budget. I've purchased several experiences off WagJag and they never disappoint.
I've gifted wine experiences in Niagara on the Lake to my parents. Stayed in the hotels in the Niagara Falls main strip and WagJag always delivers. I have made several purchases and will continue to as it is hard to find better value than this

I purchased a two for one golf deal and they were not accepted at the golf course as WagJag did not pay the golf course. The golf course told me to get a refund from WagJag so fingers crossed.

I ordered several products from Wagjag in June of this year. The first issue was that the code didn't work for an online course that I purchased, the shoes I ordered were not the shoes I received. The winter hat that I ordered is a child's size. I am not vert optimistic regarding the remainder of my items, provided they show up.

WagJag advertised 10 oz Australian Wagu strip loin steaks for sale. 6 for 95.00.
I purchased 2 boxes and when they arrived I was surprised to find nothing better than Canadian AAA, at best. The company, that provided the steaks, The Butcher Shoppe, has on their website photos of the different steaks, and clearly, the steaks I received were not anywhere close to Wagu of Kobe, as was on the label.
I contacted WagJag with photographs and they said that the Butcher Shoppe said they were in fact Australian Wagu. Not even close! A complete rip-off.
I will never shop on WagJag again. Not the Butcher Shoppe either, as they are both liars.

Placed an order for 2 pairs of earrings for my wife. One pair arrived. I emailed evidence and followed up daily for 3 days. I called too and always got hung up on before reaching a person. Finally I got a hold of someone who acknowledged my email and agreed with me. I followed up with them the next day as instructed and was ghosted.

I will be contacting my credit card company Monday to do a charge back. I will never use wagjag again.

I have used Wagjag several times. Most times the product was value for money. I ordered the Pacificl salmon and it is terrible. It is supposed to be American but processed in China. It is dry, tasteless and smells. If they are handling chinese porducts they should say so in their ad. I don't think that any chinese food is safe and this certaily is not. I am cooking it for my dog and he is even not too keen.

Great discount. Big portion for what we paid for. No hidden charge that we see. Would highly recommend.

Always had the better pricing for "experiences" on Wagjag, compare to other competitors. Recently, had 100% success on the Wagjag groceries purchases. The prepackaged frozen meat makes meal prep a breeze in an hectic schedule. They are also high quality grade meat.
They also have amazing customer service, when I contact them on a concern. The CSR was informative, and "made it right" without being asked.

Definitely part of our weekly routine to check this website out for interesting deals.

Been ordering their steaks in Grocery. I especially like the ones from Butcher Shoppe and their Wagyu Ribeye!
Steaks come in vacuum sealed and frozen.
