Very poor customer service…
Asked a question regarding a foreign object I found in a packet of Wagg treats. This was on 23-02-26 and I am still waiting for a response as to what it is. I have been told a refund has been issued (which I did not ask for) which has still to be received, I have been offered a prepaid package to return the foreign object which has still to arrive. I was asked to send photo's and proof of purchase which I did, emailed advisors and spoke to advisers over the phone and still nothing. One simple question I would like to ask Wagg is what happens if I had accidentally fed this object to my dog and it had caused any harm to her? I think this company are not interested in their customers given the lack of action from them so my advice to future customers is think twice before buying their products and if you do check the contents carefully before you give them to your pet.
