Remember that there is an exchange rate so you don’t get a shock when you get your bank statement and find out that you have paid more than you expected. Satisfied with goods very pretty.

Everything is unique, colours true to pictures and all fits pretty well, but shipping time was EXTREME - at least 6 weeks from order to delivery, which means it realistically didn't come from inside Australia, and 'free shipping' was part of the reason I ordered more to hit that cap. I look for transparency when dealing with online companies.

Had to wait a long time because items were on back order

The takeaway from this is that I should finally learn my lesson and STOP buying things I see in ads on Facebook. Everything arrived on time (hence two stars and not one), but...the quality and appearance of the dress and top were NOT as advertised. Seriously, I don't even sew, but I could make better-quality garments myself using higher-quality fabrics. Also, the poster of the Facebook ad claimed that all garments were made in the USA. FALSE. The garment labels clearly say "Made In China.

You get what you pay for.

Although one of the dresses didn’t suit my needs we ]were able to negotiate a credit refund with an agreed amount without a return. Response time to all my questions was prompt and helpful.

After placing my order on the 24/01/2023 I received and email saying thank you and you were getting my order ready. I had no other kind of communication until I was emailed over three weeks later on the 17/02/2023 saying my order had just been packed packed and sent. Yet your website says delivery within 1/2 weeks. I finally got my delivery on the 03/03/2023 over five weeks. Then on top of that two of my dresses don't fit, I went by you measurements but the two that don't fit again the website says the material is 35% elastane - there is not 1% of elastane in those dresses, not one millimetre of stretch to even go over my head to try on. I am extremely disappointed I don't even know how to get my 30day money back guarantee.

I was pretty wary after buying ….but ultimately, the products showed up, [packaged very well. They dresses and top had an accurate fit…..and overall, i am very pleased with my purchase

There was no communication regarding shipping, so I honestly thought the site was a SCAM! Then I received my order! Yeah!!! I was so relieved! I’d like to order more, but I have 2 items to return first. Please advise how to return items that don’t suit me.

I ordered the wrong size and reorder the correct one they were extremely fast with my order

I am really happy with my clothes, they all fit great and look pretty. I was not super happy with how long the shipping took. But I will order again, with the expetation that shipping takes a while, but when you know that, its easier to wait.

I just love the dresses, only problem is they are too big and too long.
