Contract auto-renewal happened over our busiest trading period after our entire team had changed hands. Feels like they hid the payment terms in a conversation about who the main point of contact is and are now using it to refuse refund, even though we've discussed we have no use for their service.

Terrible
Terrible. Auto-renews their contract. I cancelled our DD ahead of time and they still insisted on being paid.
Great support for the platform
We've worked with Vuelio for a long time now. Despite any potentially issues with the platform their support team have been very quick to sort out any issues and are very knowledgeable about the platform. We've worked with Matt and Victoria especially from their team who have been great.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Extremely unprofessional company, they try to auto renew you without permission even when you tell them explicitly that you do not want to several months before! All you get is a rude response that you should pay your next years invoice. This alone speaks volumes about the quality, value and usefulness of their service.
Platform itself is useless as well, we have taken them onboard to try for a year. Not had any use out of it whatsoever.
I can see that there are a number of other companies they have done this to as well. It really grates me when firms like this try to bully other companies with shady terms and practices. Unlucky for them we have a strong legal background and will not let ourselves be bullied, very happy to see them in court!

A great onboarding and training process was a huge help in moving our media reporting over to the Vuelio platform.
Auto renewal - unprofessional and underhand
We have been stung again on the auto-renewal process as with other reviews. This process isn't set out in the contract and to me is extremely underhand. We are now stuck with the platform for a further 12 months and I've emailed to tell them that we wish to cancel before the next auto-renewal. An awful way to treat customers/clients and will never use Vuelio again!
Clunky product which looks like it was…
Clunky product which looks like it was built in 1995. Zero investment into new features. Poor account management - only interested in making it difficult to cancel. Avoid!

I have a lot to learn about the system but am confident that with the help of Sergio, his colleagues and the help function I will be using the platform to its full potential in the not too distant future!

Appalling account management
Appalling account management. 3 months notice period on a 12 months contract which is auto renew. Didn't even receive the renewal notification. A very poor attitude when I tried to resolved the issue with 2 months left on my contract. Money grabbers.
Immoral and wrong!
Been stung by the auto-renewal as others have mentioned. They don't care about their customers to treat them this way. Other media providers have a one month notice period which is clearly stated and we have always received a formal notice with a quote for the coming year. Vuelio trick their customers with small print and poor communication acting in bad faith, expecting a decision three months before renewal but not clearly telling customers this. It did not say this anywhere on the document I signed, no one told me this and I only found out via a tiny link to the terms and conditions document. I was happy with the service until this happened and would have stayed with Vuelio for a long time. Amazes me that it's worth losing a customer long term over money short term.

Caught out by a ridiculous AUTO-RENEWAL trap where the company has decided I owe them £2,000 for a service I don't use, don't want and haven't used for over six months. Tried to cancel before my contract ended but was told I needed to have done so three months earlier. Unethical, immoral and completely inhuman in their customer interface where treating micro-businesses is concerned. If zero stars were an option I wouldn't even give them that as I wouldn't want any other businesses staring financial hardship in the face because of their utter greed.

I keep getting irrelevant emails from PR agencies and I've just found out it's because I'm listed on Vuelio. Furious that they have added me to their database without my permission and I'm new getting spammed with all these emails.
Unbelievable
Unbelievable. We have just received a letter from a debt collection agency for a subscription we have never used.
We told our account manager we don't wish to have the service anymore which has been ignored. We have NEVER used the service.
Surely something needs to be done as they have now sent the debt to a debt collection agency.
On the back of a global pandemic and trying to survive we have a company like Vuelio who are behaving like this in a disgusting manner. Surely there has to be someone who can take this company to task!!

I have cancelled my service with them in writing months again today I received a SOA completely ignored . Customer service is horrendous too they try and do everything on the phone and ignore anything you put in writing run away if you can
