I recently ordered reader safety glasses. After 2 tries I cannot read with them. I received a nasty note from them telling me they are correct and go back to the eye doctor. FUNNY MY GLASSESFROM THE EYE DOCTOR I CAN READ JUST FINE. So much so I can see to send this review.

Outrageous shipping charges. For example: $19.95 USPS for a pair of clip-on sunglasses.

I ordered a pair of safety glasses from VS Eyewear. I have a complicated prescription and I ordered transition lenses. I did mess up when I originally put in my prescription and contacted them immediately and I got a response immediately. They fixed my mistake and the glasses came in exactly right.

I ordered a pair of safety glasses from VS Eyewear on 8/21/21.. I only had them on a few minutes before taking them off putting them back the original case sending them back a week and half later. After that it’s been the round around to get my back.
I need that money back I can pay for another pair my work is willing to pay for half because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It looks like I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company tomorrow 9/2/4/21 to get my money back. I won’t won’t not waste your time or money ordering from them.
Not to mention after I used my credit card a few days later it got hacked was used all back East…hmmm!!! I live on the west coast.

I recently ordered a pair of prescription night driving/safety glasses from VS Eyewear. I had previously searched several other online sites. None were as user friendly as VS Eyewear or had such a large selection of glasses. This site had every option that I could look for. When I finally made my selections, input my prescription, and finalized my purchase I was informed that prescription eyewear normally ship within 10 business days. Not only did they ship within the given time frame but they were delivered before the 10th business day. What I received was an extremely high quality product. The prescription is on point. I paid a fair amount for theses glasses and from what I can see so far they are definitely worth the money. VS Eyewear most certainly has a return customer in me. Thank you for a quality product and great service!!!!

Ordered a pair of safety goggles with prescription inserts at the start of May and received them today. I had issues with wearing goggles over my prescription glasses as I would always fog up. Goggles fit perfectly, lenses are correct which I was nervous about due to my strong prescription (+8). I haven’t had the opportunity to use them at work yet (paramedic) and we’re required to wear goggles with every patient but I have high hopes. I would like to see possibly a bit of an updated system where you are able to track your order while in production but when I reached out to inquire about my order, I heard back in moments. Roughly 19 days from ordering to receiving the goggles at my doorstep in Canada. Overall very satisfied and will be sure to order again in the future.

Item ordered was shipped as promised arrived promptly and intact. Very Good experience.

I had a very bad experience with Vseyewear.
I contacted the agent that answer chat online on the official website, during a period of 3 days or so, his name is Mike. Also Have sent emails when the agent was not available for chat.
I never received reply to my emails, even if at one time on a chat he requested me to send him information through email, but he never replied.

I was requesting a service for radiation protective glasses, that he told me the first time, he can take care of it, the first time I found the price too much expensive while I was just writing that comment, I didn't even finish my sentence, and he did already wrote I am sorry and closed the chat instantaneously!
I came back to write to him 2 days later, mentioning that I am willing to go ahead and pay for the service that I needed. I was shocked that he crashed in his reply, saying no we don't offer that service for these glasses and closed the chat right away!
I felt I was disrespected, not treated with dignity. It is not like I was begging someone money.
I persisted as I was serious about making my request/purchase through the VSEYEWEAR company, I opened another chat. He eventually replied to my messages, said will send me a quote the following day. But he didn't. I contacted him on the afternoon of the following day, and wrote that I am waiting for the quote and ready to pay and ship my glasses that needed a radiation protective lens replacement. He washed in his reply, said he was busy, he didn't yet have the quote and he has to go. And again closed the chat !!! did even wait a second for my reply!
We are today 3 days later, and still no reply/no email, no thing from that agent.
Really disappointing. I would definitely not recommend such unkind and dismissive service.

Ordering glasses from here has been a nightmare. Ordered 3 pair, got 2. The 2 I got have lenses cut differently, so I can't use both. The ones I've been trying to wear make me feel like I'm seeing on 2 different planes. And the best part is it took almost 2 months to get the glasses I did get, and no communication from anyone there about delays, out of stock, nothing. Been wearing glasses for 40 years and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Bought glasses from a local optometrist with the same script and see great..... Now.

Terrible customer support amiss this whole Covid-19 thing. no one could give a answer on when the glasses would ship out until it was past there "Can not be canceled point" of the sale. Glasses had well over a month to be delivered before i needed them and only went with this company because it appeared they could deliver... wrong!! Not only did they not show up when i need them, they did not show up at all. 2 whole months and $112USD later not only did i get shafted in having to buy a local pair, im out $112 American and never even got a refund from these crooks.

Just received my pair of RX-70PC and they are perfect. Fit great, prescription is spot on, and they shipped way faster than I thought they would as I live in Canada. Had no idea it came with such a nice hard case, cleaning cloth/bag & head strap. There was a website issue when I was ordering, I spoke with someone using the chat feature and they were very responsive and helpful. First time ordering from here and wont be the last!

This is my second pair from the company and I love them. Always the perfect prescription and when I needed to do an address change it was super easy. I always recommend this place to people who ask me where I get my safety glasses from.

They have the best service and work hard to fill your order fast and accurate.

They fit well. Just what I was looking for. It's also nice that they come with a case.
