Livrare ok, produsul se comporta foarte bine, ochelarii si manetele stau bine.

Am comandat negru și am primit verde !

Pe site, în secțiunea Informații privind livrarea, este menționată livrarea a doua zi, dar comanda mea a stat blocată în Sofia timp de 3 zile.

"Toate comenzile plasate înainte de ora 17 se trimit în aceeaşi zi şi ajung la destinatar în ziua următoare."

Depozitul este în Bulgaria.
Odată "găsit" pachetul, transportul acestuia până în Timișoara s-a făcut în ziua următoare.

Even tho the product arrived a tad bit late it was definitely worth the wait! Perfect condition! Sellers webpage is also very accesibile!

Produsul corespunde cu ceea ce am comandat, livrarea a fost rapidă, totul este ok.

A ajuns destul de repede si funcționează la perfecție! Ador si prețul, este top, recomand cui citește!

Arata bine , functioneaza . Dau 3 stele doar pentru ca,dupa ce las controller-ul la incarcat si apare verde, bateria indicata este aproape full( trei sferturi). Nu stiu daca nu indica bine si bateria este incarcata full sau chiar nu o incarca complet.

They don't answer emails, phone calls very rarely, they send products late. I specifically called at 9 am to make sure that they send me a product on that day so that it arrives on the next 2 days at most. Which is what they say in their site: Same day delivery for orders before 14:00. After making multiple phone calls and waiting for 1 hour in "queue" which I'm sure there was no one else talking for that long, a lady finally told me at 17:50 that they couldn't send it today because of a "misunderstanding" with their colleagues, which is bs. This site deserves it's bad reviews.

No customer support

They don't answer to emails or ship the products.

So unprofessional! They don't answer to e-mails or any kind of messages.
The product is broken, and don't have service.

Horrible retailer. I bought an Oculus Quest 2 from them last year, because they were the only ones who had it in stock. Unfortunately, I've not had a working product since February, I should have waited the few extra weeks and got one from a reputable retailer.

The product bricked after a few months. I sent it to them with my two-year warranty (after TWO MONTHS of trying to get a reply from them through multiple platforms and messages), they made me pay for the transport which is illegal, and sent the product back STILL BROKEN.

They simply did a factory reset and called it a day, after I had already told them that I tried a factory reset and the problem still persists.
They also keep trying to nullify my warranty by asking for the original box, which under Romanian law, the customer is NOT required to keep.

Furthermore, they won't even answer to communication from the Romanian Customer Protection services.

However, they are able to reply instantly to call me a liar on Facebook when another commenter asked if my problem had been solved after seeing one of my comments from months ago.

I told them the truth, no, the product is still broken and VRPRO is a scam, to which the retailer's (instant) response was to call me a liar and ask what my problem is. My problem is that I don't have a working product I paid almost 500$ for, and you're not solving my problem.

Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from here unless you're fine having no warranty. If your product ever breaks, don't expect any kind of support from them.

Not even to mention the general rudeness from their "customer service", which I'm pretty sure is just the owner of this mess of a store.
