This is ridiculous when I need to speak to somebody in person not just email or a AI chat. I have to wait for a response. I asked for a call because I’m not able to get my emails because the DNS is set up not properly responses that we don’t have a representative just through email but they’re happy to take my money right away. I had to change everything back to my Go Daddy account because that was the only way that I was able to get my emails through because there’s no way for me to get a hold of somebody here or after I say in their email multiple times to please call me and they refused to
