Great customer service and communication. Having experienced an issue not of Volta’s making, Harriet was extremely helpful and resourceful in resolving the issue with the third party. I would recommend Volta and would definitely order from them again.

What’s not to like
What’s not to like - very quick delivery and £25 discount with being a new customer.
The Ohme epod has not been fitted yet so can’t comment on that yet.

Ordered this on a Saturday and expected delivery mid week. Got a tracking message from SHOP app on Monday saying that it had been delivered, which was strange. I telephoned Volta although it was out of hours who kindly checked my order and told me that it had not yet been sent out and would be with me Wednesday which it was. Think the SHOP app was a bit dodgy but Volta service and reassurance was excellent.
