Good product but discount offers misleading
Good product and quick delivery. However, I was first attracted to your company as a result of your 5% off for a first purchase offer. Then found out this didn’t apply to the Ohme product I was buying. Then 2 days after delivery of the product you sent me an email saying 10% off ev chargers!

Regarding the discount, we understand that could feel disappointing. Our 5% first purchase offer does exclude some of the products we offer, and Ohme was one of those exclusions. This was outlined in our terms and conditions, but we appreciate it might not have been immediately clear.
As for the 10% email you received 2 days after purchasing, that was part of a separate Black Friday promotional campaign on Black Friday for that specific weekend the new pricing was supported by Ohme and not linked to the initial offer.
We’ll take your comments on board to make our promotions and exclusions clearer in the future.

I ordered a part, but I made the mistake of paying more attention to the photo which was showing an obsolete model (slightly different). However when I called the customer service, Harriet was extremely helpful and sent me a suitable alternative part free of charge.
