The tracking was horrible. Kept giving me a status of transit over and over. The item seems okay but it came with no instructions on how to use it at all so I have no idea how to use it. Why would any company send something like this with zero instructions?

Good communication on shipping. The product is great. Easy to comb out my two aussies and my border collie.

Inserts worked fine, screws were to small for a normal door hinge, would have been fine for small projects. Took a VERY long time to get here, so long that I pretty much forgot I ordered them.

Communication was great, shipping very slow, no directions at all and product is just cheap plastic. Value is maybe half the cost.

I like my kitchen knives as sharp as possible. This gives me options for different metals of blades. Much easier than using a stone.

Order as requested and expected. Fast delivery. Cute product. Play with it a bit until you realize which side the heavier part of the pen goes on.

Disappointed sliders were plastic in fact everything but the sharpening surface is plastic. I also thought it came with a 15°, 17° and a 20° slides. I received a 15° and two 17° slides.

I liked the tracking updates on the item I bought.

These arrived early and in excellent shape. They are quality constructed and look very nice.

No instructions, directions!

package arrive with attachments but with out any instructions on how to replace sharpening stones

Finally found a knife sharperner that really works. Easy to use, change angers and it put a sharp edge on your blade

Clever design. Mediocre quality and seriously overpriced.

It wasn't that exciting. Get real ... I order you deliver

Didn’t know it was shipping from Belgium, this should be disclosed.

Received YESTERDAY to find NO Instructions and NO markings on the stone grade numbers

Will use in next few days and see how it works

Thought the shipping time was long. Would have liked to have a 20 degree cut. Item appears to work but I don't know if I'd order it again

Easy ordering up to date tracking every couple of days. First time using it with 15 deg on my everyday carry had it like a razor in 20 strokes on each side. Well worth the money.

Very easy to order. Lots of notifications on shipping, transit and delivery notification. Very quick and efficient.
