Applied a 90% discount code (SAVE) on order #205298473. The system confirmed it was "Applied Successfully," but the total price (605 SAR) never changed. Customer service gave me conflicting excuses. This is misleading advertising. Formal complaint filed with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

The final discounted price is clearly displayed in red on the product page before placing the order, allowing customers to review the exact amount they will pay prior to completing the purchase.
In this case, the price of 605 SAR was already the final price after the applicable discount, and there was no change or manipulation to the order total. We always aim to maintain full transparency in our pricing and promotions.
