الخدمات الترفيهية بتشتغل رغم اغلاقها من خدمة العملاء. وفي كل مرة اكلم خدمة العملاء واقفلها ترجع تتفتح تاني وتسحب الرصيد ولو معاك الف جنيه هيتسحبو بسبب الخدمات. الشركة مخترقة من مقدمي الخدمات وسهل جدا سرقة الرصيد من داخل الشركة او خارجها. الشركة غير آمنة للتعاملات النقدية بسبب عمليات الاحتيال على العملاء
Absolutely scamer. It's not secured. Easy to be hacked by others. Easy for Thieves to hack your credit balance. Clients service Eluding.

Worst Customer Service in the world
Worst Customer Service in the world. Had a mobile dongle issue since 12th December in which our data goes off every 24 hours and we have to ring or chat to live support to reactivate it!!!
I've filled an ombudsman against them and they have failed to resolve and stopped contacting me!!

Vodafone has no right to take my credit card details without permission
When using my credit card card to purchase products from Vodafone stores in Egypt I was surprised to find that after processing the transaction through the credit card terminal, successfully imputing my pin code & the machine printed out a receipt of a successful transaction and without my permission; the employee in the store started to input my credit card details into his computer, details are; 12 digit card number, expiry month & year, when I objected the store manager came & said either they those details into the system or they cancel the transaction! I had to of course cancel the transaction as Vodafone has no right to force me into submitting my credit card details as long as the transaction was processed. This may not be the ideal place to raise such a comment but I am leaving this review at every possible channel hoping it gets Vodafone to stop this behavior.
