Great customer service & an excellent product!

I don't normally write reviews but I do when it's deserved!

I know vmaker can do a lot of different things, and I'll admit I might not be using it to its full potential.
I have started checking out some of its features recently, but I haven't explored them enough to really discuss them yet. I'll update this review later after I get a good sense of them.

That being said, for what I need it for, I use it almost every day and I find it's so very important for me within my workflow. I have used other software but since I've come across vmaker, I haven't gone back to them.
I have tried a few others since I found this one as well, but I keep coming back every time. It just works really well.
When I'm done recording, I just download the video, and it's a much smaller file than any other software.
This is an extra benefit but it's become more important lately since I noticed I have hundreds of videos now. The smaller size without losing quality is great!

One problem is that if you don't keep your browser updated, it can mess up finishing the recording. This used to be very annoying, but now I check for updates every day, and it doesn't happen anymore.
Just a heads-up for everyone.

Also, the other thing I would hope they improve is the manual editing feature... it's been a while since I've tried it again but I just thought it wasn't good enough and never really tried again. I like the idea of cloud-based editing but this isn't the one for doing that.

Vmaker is an excellent application for business users. It is simple, user-friendly, and does not require extensive technical knowledge to create professional-quality content. The platform saves time, enhances productivity, and makes video creation and editing effortless. I am very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Vmaker to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable solution.

Best wishes to the Vmaker team for providing such a wonderful app.

Sadly I couldn't get this to work. It was billed as resource for being able to take a recorded script and turn it into a video.

I followed the instructions, uploaded the MP3 and tried 3 times at different times of the work day. Each time, after spooling through 10% done / 30% / 60% / 90%, etc, I then got a message: "AI Failed - Currently AI server is busy. Please try again later."

Disappointing.

Great Great Great experience, I am all solved and I had an great experience. Thank you very much

Highly recommend the product.

Support was fantastic and product works really well, when I had an issue 3 engineers jumped on a call, in the end it was user (my) error.

I wanted to try Vmaker to make creating Instagram Reels and TikToks easier. My plan was to upload longer videos and let the AI decide which parts were good, then clip them together into a shorter video of all the best parts. This is exactly what the Highlight function claims to do, but since Highlights aren’t included in the free plan, I decided to subscribe for a month and test it out.

Sadly, I was very disappointed. Most of the time it wouldn’t even let me upload the video, and when it finally accepted the upload, the Highlight function didn’t work as intended. I asked it to make short videos of around 20–40 seconds, but every time I tried, it produced much longer videos—1 or even 2 minutes.

I requested a refund from Vmaker as soon as i realised that the Highlight function didn't work and explained the problem. They told me they couldn’t issue a refund because of their no-refund policy. That’s fair enough, but when I pointed out that the Highlight function didn’t work, they told me I could just adjust the clips manually… HELLO!!! That defeats the whole purpose of using AI! If I ask the AI to cut the video into a 20–30 second clip, it should not return a 2-minute video and then expect me to finish the job manually.

The program might be fine for auto captions, but not much else. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing.

Vmaker is very easy to use and convenient for screen and tab recording! If you encounter any issues, the support team provides excellent assistance, and can help resolve technical issues as well. 5 out of 5, would recommend!

My experience with Vmaker has been excellent. It’s a very intuitive SaaS platform that allows you to record your screen, generate videos using artificial intelligence, and edit them easily—all from your browser. The interface is clear, and there’s no need to install anything complicated. I’ve used Vmaker for both creating tutorials and work presentations, and I’m always impressed by how quickly I can record, trim, and share videos.

The feature to record both the screen and webcam at the same time has been very useful, adding a professional touch to my content. Additionally, the AI-powered automatic subtitles save a lot of time during editing. I also appreciate the variety of options to share videos: direct link, download, or integration with other platforms.

In summary, Vmaker covers practically all my needs for recording and editing videos efficiently and professionally, without requiring advanced technical knowledge. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a complete and easy-to-use solution.

Mi trovo molto bene con Vmaker e le rare volte che ho contattato il servizio clienti, hanno sempre risolto la problematica in maniera celere

they lie "free" but, app is no free and expensive, i don't recommend this

Vmaker has become a reliable part of my daily workflow for webinars and meeting recordings. The quick and efficient customer support further solidifies my trust in the platform. If you’re looking for an all-in-one tool for screen recording and webinars, I highly recommend giving Vmaker a try!

Vmaker provides excellent software and software support. They usually respond quickly.

Thank you

I have been using Vmaker for a few years now. I love using it. What make this product so good is the team behind it. They are alway prompt and very helpful.

I am using Vmaker AI for editing videos. It works as well as I expected. The main features I like are one-click Raw to Wow editing, AI subtitles, and the video highlights maker.
