I purchased a Nike top, via their website, which stated that the item was in stock and then paid for the item accordingly. I needed the top for a tournament I was participating in and thought by ordering several days in advance that everything would be fine without any problems at all. How I was wrong.
I today received this feedback email by uk trust pilot asking for feedback on my order and thought something was strange especially as the order had not even been delivered. Anyway, I've just logged onto my account with the shop to find out where my top is and it looks like my order has been cancelled just a day after ordering it with the notes on the section saying " Nike no longer do this product anymore - Your order has been cancelled " and basically that is it!
No direct email or telephone from the company to let me know this is the case. Very poor service indeed.
My advice to anyone ordering from them is be very careful as even if the item is in stock when you purchase the item this may not be the case and you might very well be dissapointed.

very efficient & to time

I ordered a Salix finite pod bat. I got the bat within 2 days and in good packing. The bat was as per my expectation except for a minor dent on the back which I don't think will affect its performance. I am satisfied with the performance so far.

Shopping experience with VKS was straightforward and I was kept informed of progress with my order by both email and text very effificiently. However, I was informed my delivery would arrive on Wednesday, when I knew I would be out so I elected to have it delivered to a neighbour. I then received a further email and text the following day (Thursday) saying the delivery would be made that day. It duly was, however it was delivered to No.10 which I thought was odd as I live at No.25, until I collected the package and saw it was addressed to No.12, despite my details being correct in my order form.

No stock, although they took my order online. No interest in giving me a deal to upgrade. Would use again or recommend.

Very good service, I ordered some batting pads however I was called to tell me they are out of stock but offered me an alternative of the same quality, I found this good customer service not many places wold personaly call you. They were also delivered next day as promised. Will definitely be buying from again.

I spoke with Mr. Bedi on my requirement for a SS TOn Reserve 2lb 9-2lb10 with 11 straight grains and a full profile with a mid to low sweet spot. Most people I know don't end up providing the bats with an exact specification.

Mr. Bedi sent me a bat that has 14 straight grains exactly with my weight specification within 4 days to my doorstep and I live in the United States. Great experience!

Vinay showed exceptional communication and customer service throughout the whole process. He emailed me pictures of bats upon request to help me pick the correct one and provided information whenever it was asked for. I paid for the bat at 2:00 in the afternoon it was delivered the next day.
