I’m disappointed with how this brand appears to handle reviews. I left a genuine 3-star review explaining that the sizing was off, while also making it clear that the quality was good. My review was not published.

What concerns me is that other reviews I left giving 5 stars are visible, while my more balanced 3-star review is not. If the brand is selectively publishing only highly positive reviews, that gives customers a misleading impression of the overall feedback.

Customers should be able to see honest reviews, including both positive and negative experiences. Selectively removing or not publishing less-positive reviews feels dishonest and undermines trust.

Leave this brand alone because it’s outrageous the way they treat customers. Their inflexibility is out of this world and never seen from a brand before in my life. When you want to exchange sizes make sure you ask for a refund in your card and not fall into their trap of having a gift card instead with a $20 credit. If you return this once again, they will not refund you on your card but they will issue a gift card that even if you don’t want to use because you don’t like the brand or their items don’t fit, they don’t care and they will not refund you back. I just lost £154 in a gift card I will never use just in a situation like this. This is just incredible and their inflexibility is out of this world. I also contacted their customer care manager and she kept on saying I cannot have my money back and I have a gift card. And she kept saying she was helping. Disgrace of a brand. Some brands should just be boicotted

Ordered bikini bottoms and I'm really satisfied, delivered quickly, M fits true to size. Love the design it's so simple yet all other brands that tried similar design just do it wrong, this brand made all the lines so simply perfect and flattering. Also covers not too little and not too much in the back and fits to body nicely, which was hard to find as most other brand bikinis look like a diaper in the back.
