I've shopped with you severally, and you have a good catalogue of products, but this time the customer service made my experience incredibly frustrating.

Your website states that you do same-day delivery, but so far, I have been waiting for four days. My first problem is that considering your website promises same-day delivery; I'd expect that if there were a delay, someone from the shop would contact me to let me know. Instead, I'm the one who has had to reach out daily to inquire about why I've not received my stuff.

Secondly, on each day that I've reached out, a member of your staff has promised me I would get my stuff either by the end of the day or on the next day. It has been four days of false promises. I would much rather be told that there's no defined term limit and be contacted when the product is actually ready for delivery than being lied to constantly.

Third, I was told the reason for the delay was that the thing I'd ordered was being manufactured. I think that's something you should consider putting on your website so that clients can know not to expect the thing within the usual timeframe for delivery.

It has been a negative experience for me and I'm not inclined to shop with you again. I hope you will improve on both your communication and overall customer service for future clients.
