My Experience by buying of around 50 PS3 Games was good, but there is a lot of space for improvement.

1. Placing order online was very easy and they have
very good shopping software running
2. Receiving confirmation, that not all what is online
shown, can be delivered, was disappointing
3. Delivery came on the day as promises but not by
the time they promised
4. Unfortunately is there a mixed up with 4 Games of
my order hope we can sort this out, this was later
sorted out, and the games have been swapped
without any extra charge
5. Invoice was attached money collected on the door
step, perfect.
6. Telephone contact has to speak loud and clearly
with customer, because the shop has a lot of
background noises, which makes it difficult to
understand the whispering sales person.
7. The promise to send me a game overview what
was still on stock, did not took place. After
exchanging of an email the picture of the games
have been send to me and resulted in an extra
order of myself of 10 extra PS3 Games.

Great products and service. Delivery done as promised. I'm a loyal fan.
